“The offer has been extended and they’ve pretty much accepted.”
This has been a long time coming for the band, who have been on a “short list” of groups over and over. Adam Levine shared with Howard Stern all the way back in 2015:
“We very actively want to play the Super Bowl.”
Even though we have no clue which teams will be there, this seems pretty solid. In fact, two sources have also confirmed the same news with Variety!
No word yet from the band or the NFL. But we’ll keep you informed!
