The Today Show’s Matt Lauer is going to build a state-of-the-art, multi-million dollar horse farm in the Hamptons.
The 47.5-acre property near his $15 million mansion was bought for less than it’s $10.5 million asking price.
Way to negotiate!
The horse farm is said to include an indoor arena, jumping rings, a farm house and a “magnificent” horse haven.
He and his wife are serious horse enthusiasts so we’re sure it’ll be a happy, friendly and clean place for pampered horses to live out their lives.
