Mileybird rocked a tiger embroidered varsity jacket with a Chinese cheongsam-inspired mini skirt, but then paired it all with glittering gold tights and matching pumps!
Umm. Those are some interesting choices!
So while we may not love the look, she’s still young and beautiful! And besides, if there’s anyone with the confidence to pull this outfit off, it’s Miz Cyrus!
