When Miranda Kerr signed a contract with Victoria’s Secret in 2007, she didn’t understand what the panty brand saw in her.
This year’s wearer of the Fantasy Treasure Bra revealed:
“I just remember the first time I met Adriana [Lima], she was so beautiful. I was like, ‘Why would they want me? I mean, look at her. She├óΓé¼Γäós incredible.’ And then I met Heidi and Gisele and I was like, ├óΓé¼╦£What am I doing here?├óΓé¼Γäó”
Fast forward to four years later, Miranda’s stopped comparing herself to other models and embracing herself for who she is:
“I always see myself as, like, equal to everyone. I can├óΓé¼Γäót feel bad about being who I am, just like the girl next to me can├óΓé¼Γäót feel bad about being who she is. A rose can never be a sunflower, and a sunflower can never be a rose. All flowers are beautiful in their own way, and that├óΓé¼Γäós like women too. I want to encourage women to embrace their own uniqueness.”
Umm, yeah. Whatever she said.
