Mischa Barton has had a rough couple of months.
Not only has she been taking on an ex to stop him from selling a sex tape he filmed of them without her consent, but The O.C. actress also believes she was slipped a cocktail of drugs while celebrating her birthday a few months ago. According to Miz Barton, this alleged drugging caused the erratic behavior that was caught on tape back in January.
