Fox 13 morning anchor Russell Rhodes from Tampa Bay got a beat down when he stupidly attempted to resist an officer trying to arrest him for a very obvious DUI.
An off-duty deputy spotted Rhodes driving recklessly in a parking garage at 10:15pm on Friday night. According to the police report, Rhodes “was attempting to reverse his vehicle into other traffic after passing the exit token machine.”
And when the deputy finally got him out of the car, his belt and pants were undone!
Rhodes tried to flee the deputy twice before he finally got a hold on him. The violence occurred when Rhodes tried to yank his car keys from the deputy. And that’s when he got tossed to the ground! And arrested, of course.
Rhodes was taken to the hospital for his facial injuries and released on a $500 bail.
Don’t drive drunk, y’all.
At least he gave a fierce mugshot!
