What a hard, hard time for someone who worked so closely with Cory Monteith.
And it’s undeniable that Naya Rivera is heartbroken over the sudden passing of her Glee costar who died in Vancouver this weekend.
While some Glee stars have posted messages about the tragedy over Twitter, Naya has been silent. But now she has released a touching statement about the death and sent her love to those closest to him, including his girlfriend Lea Michele.
She said:
“The entire Glee family and I are deeply saddened by this tragedy. Cory was and always will be a part of my own family and a good friend. He was a special part of this world and will forever be missed. My heart goes out to Cory├óΓé¼Γäós family and Lea and while we are grateful for everyone’s well wishes, privacy during this time of grief is greatly appreciated.”
We sincerely send Naya along with all of Cory’s closest friends and family well wishes during this most difficult time.
We’re sure he can feel all the love they have for him.
