We’re having a bad case of d├â┬⌐j├â┬á vu!
As we reported, over Thanksgiving weekend, Naya Rivera was arrested on November 25 for domestic battery after allegedly hitting husband Ryan Dorsey in the head and on the bottom lip while on a walk with their son Josey.

Despite filing for divorce in November 2016, and dismissing the petition in September 2017, the former Glee star is pulling the plug on her relationship once again.
In legal documents filed by famous attorney Lauren Wasser, Big Sean‘s ex cites irreconcilable differences, is asking for joint custody of their son, and wants the court to block spousal support for both parties.
According to TMZ sources, the Thanksgiving drama is (not surprisingly) the last straw for the Sorry Not Sorry author. Sadly, an insider says Naya has called the cops on Ryan three times during their marriage.
