Of course we are. He’s fantastic.
But would we abandon Stephen faster than a house in Crimea if it meant a chance to see Neil Patrick Harris on a nightly basis?

Too bad Neil actually TURNED DOWN the Late Show job after he decided he didn’t want it!
What the friggin’ WHAT?!
The multi-talented actor told Howard Stern yesterday that he DID in fact meet with CBS bigwigs Les Moonves and Nina Tassler about being the potential new late night host on the Eye Network.
But after much consideration, he said to them, “thanks, but no thanks!”
Neil told Howard:
“I don’t have any interest in doing ‘monologue, commercial, sketch, guest, guest musical act, goodnight.’├óΓé¼┬¥
He did spill though that he pitched a DIFFERENT idea for his own show – a weekly variety show!
So could NPH be coming back to TV after all??
The 40-year-old explained:
“I’m very keen on it being an Ed Sullivan kind of show. I think if it’s weekly and people really want to see it ├óΓé¼ΓÇ£ and you trust that there’s a lot of really great shit on there ├óΓé¼ΓÇ£ then you’re going to get the guests to want to come on your thing. A weekly thing, you’d have more time to prep for stuff. You could do pre-taped stuff that would be really exciting, you could flesh it out a little bit more and have more acts.”
According to Harris, Mr. Moonves was receptive to the idea and a deal could soon be in the works!
