On Wednesday night, Nicki appeared on Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen and unbeknownst to her, she had a bit of a nip slip!

In an ironic twist, a caller phoned into the segment to ask the rapper about her previous wardrobe malfunctions on Good Morning America and MTV, all the while Minaj remained oblivious to her exposed left nipple!
How embarrassing!
