Nuns Sell Rare Baseball Card For $262,000

OMG this is crazy!

A group of Baltimore-based nuns of Notre Dame put a rare Honus Wagner baseball card (which was produced between 1909 and 1911 and is one of 60 still surviving) up for auction after inheriting it from a deceased nun.

Sister Virginia Muller, who was entrusted with the card, promises that the money will go to the order’s ministries in more than 30 countries around the world.

What a fantastic story!
