No better way to blow off some breakup steam than pump some iron, right Robert Pattinson??!

The former Twilight hunk tried to distract himself from his lady troubles with a trip to the gym yesterday in West Hollywood.

Maybe he’s trying to sweat out his confusion in the ever-evolving love triangle (or square?) between him, Kristen Stewart, and Riley Keough.

Things might be rocky in his love life, but we’re just happy R-Patz is staying active.

It would be so much easier for the babe to sit on his couch and mope around.
