SeaWorld Loses Appeal In Court! Turns Out It's Dangerous To Work With Deadly Killer Whales!

SeaWorld hasn’t been shown in the best light these days…
Maybe it’s because of the horrible way they keep majestic sea creatures trapped.
Thankfully, a proposed bill in California might make it illegal for SeaWorld to have orcas!
Even a former SeaWorld trainer said they barely care about their whales.
Now, in another blow to SeaWorld, a federal appeals court upheld a previous verdict against the theme park where they were found liable when a killer whale pulled a trainer under the water and held her until she drowned.
In a 2-1 decision, the appeals court found that SeaWorld’s challenge of the verdict wasn’t good enough, and that the Occupational Safety and Health Review Commission (OSHRC) was right.
OSHRC found that SeaWorld in Orlando, Florida violated federal workplace safety law.
Basically, SeaWorld exposed their trainers to a known hazard by letting them work in close proximity to the killer whales during performances.
We really hope SeaWorld takes the hint and changes things up, drastically!
