Siesta Key Star Chloe Trautman Reveals How She Lost 30 Pounds During Quarantine!

Chloe Trautman lost nearly 30 pounds in quarantine!

Good for you, Chloe Trautman!

The coronavirus pandemic hasn’t been all bad! For Trautman, one of the stars of the hit MTV show Siesta Key, the social distancing downtime has come in mighty handy for losing weight and getting into better shape, that is! And now, almost 30 pounds lighter than she was when she started quarantine, Chloe is looking more confident while showing off her bod (above)!

The 24-year-old reality TV star opened up about her fitness regimen and newfound health kick in an interview with Us Weekly, revealing co-star Garrett Miller has been helping her quite a bit along the way:

“I lost almost 30 pounds during the quarantine. Garrett‘s been helping a lot. It’s more of a lifestyle change for me. I’m just eating better, being more active and I’m happier. So that helps too.”

Love it!!

Interestingly, the motivation started back in March when Trautman went on a trip with some fellow co-stars to go skiing up in Aspen. Disappointed in herself for being unable to ski like she’d wanted to, the blonde bombshell explained how she started changing her lifestyle right then and there:

“We were skiing and I was so out of shape it, it bothered me so much. I wanted to ski, but I physically couldn’t. That’s when I was like, ‘OK, this is not normal.’ Like, I want to be able to go down a mountain at least one time. It was hard for me to even, like, walk around with ski boots. I was like, this is not how it’s supposed to be. So the biggest start was getting all the junk food out of my house and only having clean food at home. And when I’m out, I just choose. Are there options on the menu?”

Smart! And totally realistic!

Chloe hasn’t been on any special fitness regimen, either, just consistent physical activity every day. Although she has been busy cutting one other thing: toxic people! The TV talker explained more:

“[I try] to do something active five to six days a week … and I’ve shed a lot of negative people in my life. I think that reflects on how I look too.”

No kidding!

We’re super proud of her for putting in the work, which has improved her mood, don’t blame her for wanting to debut her transformation on Instagram over the weekend:
