It was less than a week ago that Sony Pictures dropped the Aaron Sorkin-penned Steve Jobs biopic, but Universal Pictures has just swooped in and picked it right up!
It’s like the movie had under 10% battery life, and then your bestie who borrowed your charger admitted he lost it, but then someone just whipped out a new charger! And that person was… Michael Fassbender.
That’s right, instead of a Christian Bale Jobs, Michael will be playing the part of the late Apple co-founder!
We’re just so glad an actor finally committed to the part. With Danny Boyle attached to direct, you just know it’s going to be incredible.
Congrats to Michael, and congrats to Universal! Congrats to us too! This movie is sure to amaze, and we’d gladly wait outside for a ticket as long as would for a 6 Plus!
