
Okay, Tamra Judge — go on with your bad self!
The 48-year-old RHOC star has seriously been working on her fitness as of late — and all that hard work is certainly paying off!
In a new video with E! News, Miz Judge — who placed first at a Muscle Mania competition over the weekend — gives a behind-the-scenes look at what it took to completely transform her body.

When it comes to her workout routine, Tamra does it all: sprints, pull-ups, bicep curls with resistance bands, you name it:
“This workout’s a little bit different than what we used to do. We would do just split body parts and just lifting weights, but now it’s shredding time, so I got the high intensity workout.”
Although exercise is a huge component, the Cali native says “the biggest part of training is your eating.”
She explains it takes her two hours to prep her food:
“Enjoying food is pretty much out of the question now. Right now, I’m eating to live, I’m not living to eat.”
That doesn’t sound fun…
She adds:
“I’ll do two different types of protein. I’ll just put them together in these little containers and that way when I have to go, I just grab them, I put them in my little lunch bag and I take off.”
But we suppose all this planning and prepping is worth it — T.J. is down to 110 pounds:
“I lost about 11 percent body fat, and gained 11 percent of lean muscle.”
