There’s a new reality TV romance brewing!
Things are reportedly heating up between realtors Tarek El Moussa of Flip Or Flop and Heather Rae Young of Selling Sunset!

An insider spilled to Us Weekly:
“Tarek is very into Heather and likes her a lot. He thinks she has great, positive energy.”
The source added the 31-year-old also: “loves the fact that she’s a realtor like him and that she’s a reality star because she understands his lifestyle.”

On Sunday, the duo were spotted getting hot and heavy while on El Moussa’s boat ‘Bad Decisions’ at the Portofino Hotel and Marina in Redondo Beach, California. Eyewitnesses reported spotting the two to the publication slow-dancing on a pier and sitting near each other while listening to music on the boat.

The former Playboy model posted a sultry snap to Instagram after a day in the sun, writing:
“Making good decisions with good people. Sunday I was surround by positive people that uplift and made me smile from ear to ear. ?”
The 37-year-old couldn’t help but take notice of her pic, commenting:

Tarek’s ex-wife Christina Anstead, formerly El Moussa, tied the knot with husband Ant Anstead in December 2018, two years after splitting from her HGTV cohost.
Christina and Tarek announced their split in December 2016 with following joint statement:
“Like many couples, we have had challenges in our marriage. We had an unfortunate misunderstanding about six months ago and the police were called to our house in an abundance of caution… There was no violence and no charges were filed.”
As we previously reported, during an interview with Dr. Drew Pinsky for an episode of his podcast, the realtor opened up about the factors which played a hand in the demise of their marriage:
“There’s a lot of contributing factors [to the divorce] — life is moving so fast. We bought a house, remodeling the house … my hormonal levels were off and I wasn’t feeling really well a lot of the time and I wasn’t being the best person I could have been. There’s so much going on with TV and the notoriety and the finances and so many different things happening at one time and it slowly pulled us apart.”
