Target Uses Maternity Model For Plus-Size Dress! Thinks Maternity Wear & Plus-Size Is The Same!?

Target just can’t seem to get the whole plus-size thing right!
A while back, they came under fire for calling a gray plus-size dress Manatee Gray, while their equivalent standard size dress was Dark Heather Gray. See their apology HERE!
Guess they didn’t learn their lesson, because now they’re apparently using a maternity model for plus-size wear!?
It would appear so!
On Target’s website, they’re selling a “Merona Women’s Plus-Size Short-Sleeve V-Neck Maxi Dress” modeled by what is obviously a maternity model. She even has a hand over her baby bump as if she’s sending loving vibes to the embryo within!
Did they just skimp and not hire a plus-size model? Was it just a simple mix-up? We don’t know, but we DO know it looks pretty bad for Target!
