Because of her father Michael Lohan!
Michael called the Los Angeles Country Sheriff’s Department and convinced them to show up at daughter Lindsay Lohan‘s house to check on his other daughter Ali who is staying with La Loca.
Michael apparently got the deputies to do a “welfare check” on Ali and Lindsay’s building let them in. Apparently the check was performed and Ali was allowed to stay with Lindsay.
Michael is now going to the LA County Department of Children and Family services at the advice of the Sheriff’s Department. So how did Michael convince them to go in the first place?
He told them that Ali was in Lindsay’s car on the way back from Coachella and it was going over 100mph!

Speaking of Mommy Dina, she wants LiLo to get a restraining order against her father and we actually don’t think that’s a bad idea.
