The Office Is All Shook Up! Who's Staying? Who's Going?

Oh No!! What is going on???
There is some jah-rAAma going on at The Office, and they need their HR guy to fix it FAST! Did ya hear that, Toby??
While Robert California (James Spader) is officially leaving (well that was short and sweet), we hear crucial characters like Dwight (Rainn Wilson) and Kelly (Mindy Kaling) are this-close to leaving!
Jim (John Krasinski), Pam (Jenna Fischer), and Andy (Ed Helms) are reportedly in talks to return for season nine but no deals have been signed at this moment.
While those three could possibly keep the boat from sinking, ratings have already fallen 15% since the exit of Michael (Steve Carell). If Dwight leaves, we really don’t know if it would be worth it.
Kelly’s character can go but without the writing of the actress behind her, it’s not going to be as funny. Let’s face it. Mindy is HIGHlarious.
In our dream world, Rainn signs on to season nine. Even if it comes to this scenario –if the condition for his commitment is having season nine be the final run, then so be it.
It was already hard enough saying good-bye to Michael Scott. We don’t know how we’d handle it if we had to watch without Dwight.
