Miley Cyrus Dedicates Performance To Ariana Grande As Adam Levine & Alicia Keys Join Finalists To Honor Prince On The Voice

Miley Cyrus
Things got really emotional last night on The Voice.
Miley Cyrus, who will be returning to the NBC show as a judge next season, took the stage to perform her new single Malibu, which she dedicated to her “good friend” Ariana Grande in light of Monday night’s terrorist attack in Manchester.
Similarly, Usher and contestant (and ultimate winner!) Chris Blue teamed up for an emotional rendition of R.E.M.‘s Everybody Hurts, which host Carson Daly said was an effort to “lift people up” following the tragedy.

Elsewhere in the show, judges Adam Levine and Alicia Keys paid tribute to Prince with powerful performances with finalists from their team.
A moving night, indeed!
Ch-ch-check out the performance (below):
First up, Miley told the crowd before giving us an encore of her same Billboard Music Awards performance:

“I want to dedicate this song to my good friend Ariana Grande and everyone who experienced that horrific attack yesterday. Our hearts are with you.”

Try to hold your tears back for Usher and Chris’ soulful performance:

Keys and Blue beautifully covered Prince’s Diamonds and Pearls:

Lastly, the Maroon 5 singer and contestant Jesse Larson added some rock vibes to the late artist’s Let’s Go Crazy:
