The Voice Unveils Season Three Format Switch-Up!

The voice Season Three Changes Format
Now that The Voice will be competing with The X Factor for its new fall third season, producers are scrambling to keep the viewers glued to NBC!
It seems that there will be some pretty big changes for The Voice…including WAY more intense battle rounds!
Executive producer Mark Burnett revealed:

“This year there├óΓé¼Γäós much more at stake. When (the coaches) have their battles and select one person to stay with them and one person to leave, the other coach can buzz in and steal that person that the coach has sent home├óΓé¼┬ª it├óΓé¼Γäós called ‘the steal.'”

Interesting! Color us intrigued…!
Burnett went on to explain that each of the four judges can steal TWO contestants each, equaling out to ten artists per team.
The show will then be implementing a NEW round called “the knockouts,” where the ten will then be narrowed down to five before the live shows start!
The Voice returns on September 10 at 8pm on NBC and will air Mondays and Tuesdays.
The X Factor will take over Wednesdays and Thursdays, with a two-night premiere on September 12 and 13 at 8pm on Fox!
Who will win in ratings??? Britney vs. Christina 2012!
