When CBS covered the AT&T National, which Tiger Woods won, they had 171% more viewers than last year’s final-round coverage!
Last year, Tiger didn’t play, so we’re guessing no one tuned in.
What’s golf without Tiger Woods?
Just another sport, that’s what.
There could be some problems with the ratings numbers though.
There have been some serious storms on the East Coast and that had delayed the reporting of some numbers.
Reglardless, if there’s anyone in golf who can draw media attention├óΓé¼┬ª it’d be Tiger.
We bet you can’t even name another golfer (who doesn’t have a mixture of half-lemonade, half-iced tea named after him.)
