Wendy Williams‘ “very sexy” mystery man has been identified!
We were pleasantly surprised to hear that the outspoken talk show host had been keeping her options open, and casually dating amid her divorce from her estranged husband Kevin Hunter.
But it appears Wendy’s new boy toy, Marc Tomblin, has a questionable past of his own that’s raising eyebrows!

Quick refresher in case you missed it, Williams revealed that she had been spending time with someone new over the weekend while vacationing in El Lay.
After a romantic, poolside photo with an unidentified man (SEE HERE) popped up on the daytime TV host’s Instagram feed, the internet was ablaze with rumors of who it could be, as she joked that the guy was young enough to be her son. Sources close to the star told TMZ at the time that the two had met through a mutual friend, Blac Chyna.
First things first, Miz Williams was definitely right about being old enough to be her companion’s mother. The guy is 27-years-old, which means the 54-year-old host is exactly twice his age.
We also know that per his public LinkedIn profile, Tomlin is a financial investor and blogger. Nothing too alarming there, right? Well…
According to court documents obtained by The Blast, the North Carolina native was convicted of robbery with a dangerous weapon and breaking and entering in 2013. The docs say he later served fifteen months for the two convictions and was released in 2014.
While this news may be surprising to us — because, let’s face it we didn’t even know who this guy before Wendy — it isn’t a huge shock to the former radio host!
Speaking to candidly to TMZ, Williams confirmed that she’s already privy to Tomlin’s criminal record:
“I am a 54-year-old grown ass woman. I know what I’m doing.”
Not only is the daytime diva fully aware of the optics of her new fling, she says she deserves to have some fun regardless of what anyone thinks.
She continued:
“Look, my husband had a full baby with a woman he was involved with for 15 years… where I was cooped up only to be a show pony. Now, I’m living my life.”
Okay girl, we hear you! And she absolutely has a point.
But maybe her soon-to-be ex-husband should cover his ears. LOLz…
So far, the new couple has been enjoying each other’s company and keeping it as casual as you possibly can when you’re in the public eye. On Tuesday, the outlet spotted the pair indulging in a little retail therapy in NYC, and you can see the shot of them together HERE.
