Wait, So It Turns Out Fergie Is STILL A Member Of The Black Eyed Peas!

She is WAY too Fergalicious to leave!
As you know, we previously reported that will.i.am gave an interview to Ahlan! where he said Fergie is “working on her solo project at the moment.” Many believed he was confirming rumors that she was no longer a member of the Black Eyed Peas.
However, just because Josh Duhamel‘s wife is focusing on her sophomore album Double Dutchess, apparently that doesn’t mean she’s leaving BEP.

On Friday, will.i.am took to Twitter to clarify his statement, and to confirm that Fergie Ferg is STILL his bandmate!
He wrote:

Lies…@Fergie is focusing on #DoubleDutchess & @BEP is doing #MastersOfTheSun…That doesn’t mean @fergie is out of the group #BEP4ever https://t.co/JinoWNp4Jg

What’s still in the air is Nicole Scherzinger‘s role in the group’s upcoming album. While she is “involved,” it’s a mystery as to what capacity.
