And he was in full force a few weeks ago in NYC! According the Star Magazine, Kanye West took his lady Amber Rose to Phillipe and became so furious that the order took longer than 30 minutes, that he walked out - without paying!

"They had been waiting for their food for half an hour and were sick of it," claims a source.

If only his reading skills were up to par, he could have avoided this mess in the first place. Douche ordered the Peking Duck and it states on the menu that it takes 45 minutes to prepare.

Stoopid.

You guys, Kanye's serious this time!

He didn't type in all caps so we can actually READ it!

'Nye's a little bummed out that people believe the story reported last week saying he demanded to be seated in first class, and has taken to his official blog to complain.

Writes Kanye:

I feel bad that people believe this kind of stuff or any random rumor that is taken as fact because 'it's on the internet.' This rumor is particularly ironic because I was actually happy with a business class seat and was offered a seat in first class. A friend of mine was sitting in coach so asked if they could bump him up to business instead of putting me in first. There was absolutely no altercation in any way. There's been many a time where I've given someone in coach my business or first class seat in order to sit next to a friend I bumped into. I really could care less about where I sit on the plane. It's hard to deal with the rumors sometimes. As a good person with a warm heart, it does bother me. I'm not bigger than feeling pain, embarrassment, stress and worry. Have you ever been lied on??? How does it make you feel??? You wanna tell everybody it's not true right? Thank you to all my fans who still love and support me even though it's not the trend right now! I'm sleeping in the studio and I won't let you guys down!

YES!

Jason Mraz has spoken up about his support of gay marriage saying recently at the Grammys:

"I'm in the fight for marriage equality. That's why I'm wearing this pin tonight. I've just been doing a couple of different activities and events speaking out as a straight man about civil rights."

Now he is calling out other famous straight musicians like John Mayer and Kanye West for not doing the same. He explains:

"The more straight people, the better, so big names that cause a stir in the media, like Kanye West and John Mayer. [Mayer's] recently been very transparent in what he's been saying or tweeting and I would love to see some more empowering transparency rather than material or self-loathing.

"Same as with Kanye — I feel like he's such a huge presence that if he really promotes it and says, 'Listen, you need to do this,' more people would rally for the cause. The more straight heavy-hitters [that] speak up could really benefit the cause."

We couldn't agree more!

How DARE they try and seat Kanye in business class!

The fussy rapper reportedly threw a temper tantrum at LAX en route to NYC on Monday night, demanding the airline bump he and his assistant up to first class!

Finally some moderately good press for the guy — sorta!

Kanye West and his manager Don Crowley were charged with vandalism, battery and grand theft after smashing the camera equipment of two paparazzi at LAX back in September 2008.

The judge told both of them in October 2008 that the case would be dropped if they each showed proof of 50 hours of community service and agreed to enroll in an anger management class.

'Nye's and Crowley's attorneys provided the proof that they both worked for 50 hours at the Red Cross and now they're cleared.

And a good cause profited from the situation as well!

There won't be a Kanye West/T-Swizzle reunion after all!

Taylor Swift was previously reported as participating in the 25th anniversary of charity anthem "We Are the World," but the country cutie won't be involved after all.

The recording is taking place on Monday, but Taylor will be jetting off to Australia to tour immediately after the Grammys on Sunday.

Looks like she'll have to say G'day to 'Nye another time!

Kanye West and Taylor Swift will be reunited on Monday to participate in Quincy Jones' revival of We Are The World in recognition of the tragedy in Haiti.

Celine Dion, Wyclef Jean, Miley Cyrus and Sugarland are among the other names attached and it is rumored that other acts could include Jennifer Hudson, Will Smith, Jason Mraz, Sheryl Crow, Mya and Justin Bieber.

This will certainly be HUGE!

We thought Kanye headed into the studio only mere weeks ago, but 'Nye's cousin, producer and songwriter Devo Springsteen, says he's already heard the album!

Springsteen took to his official Twitter with his opinion on the rapper's new tunes: "Heard the new Kanye West album.. Inspiring…"

So when will the rest of us be able to listen???

Earlier today, reports were that Kanye West had been banned from appearing on the Hope for Haiti telethon tomorrow night.

Guess they were afraid of another "George Clooney Bush doesn't care about black people" outburst.

And although it would make some sense not to invite him, turns out Kanye was invited!

A rep for MTV is claiming the rumors of not inviting Kanye are false. Instead stating, "That's absolutely not true. We DID reach out to Kanye."

However, Kanye has yet to respond.

But what do U think? Should Kanye make an appearance tomorrow to ask for your support with Haiti?

We rather watch Kanye on the telethon over douchebag Chris Brown anytime. There's someone we can bet was not invited.
