Lynne Spears Is Still Talking

Michael Lohan must be looking at her with pride.
Lynne Spears is out flogging the book in which she sells out her kids.
In a recent interview, she admits she's not the 'perfect mom' and reveals the reason why she moved forward with the tome: "I wanted the truth out in my own words for myself and my family."
She also said that she experienced "the hardest time of my life" during the course of daughter Jamie Lynne's teenage pregnancy.
Lynne went on to admit that Britney and eldest kid Bryan have yet to read her book.
But, Jamie Lynn read it and 'loved it'. She says, "Jamie Lynn loved the book. I started to cry because I told her, 'I wanted so much for you to like it.' And she got up and kissed me on the cheek and said, 'Mama, thank you so much.'"
Lynne also revealed that her relationship with Britney "has undergone tremendous healing… We are back to four or five phone calls a day."
Was that before or after the book came out?

Hmm.. maybe, just maybe, you should wait and see what the book has to say before you automatically classify her mother as a sell-out, from what I've heard the sex and drug ramblings were all false, maybe she felt the need to defend herself against all the people calling her a horrible mother.. better her making her own money than mooching off her daughters forever right? And if they are just starting to make up, I HIGHLY doubt she would put anything in the book that would jepordize that..

Britney probably can't read well enough to peruse mama Lynn's book (with an 8th grade education, she can't be particularly literate) and brother Bryan is no doubt too busy trying to straighten out little sister Britney's tangled financial mess to spare the time. Jamie Lynn managed to graduate from high school before she popped out an illegitimate kid. With no husband on the horizon, she's got the time to read mama Lynn's spin on motherhood. The three Spears women are dysfunctional, each in their own "special" way. It's too bad they don't all move back to Louisiana and play in the swamps.

I say that that way, because that's just how teenagers are today and most parents are used to that. It's a tough situation obviously, but not as tough as your kid that's still a child, having her own child. It's a huge emotional process. It's hard enough watching kids grow up without them starting a family of their own at the same time.
