Matt Dillon Could Face Three Months In Jail

As we mentioned earlier this week, actor Matt Dillion was arrested on Wednesday for speeding in Vermont.
Police reportedly clocked him at 106 mph.
The 44 year-old Dillon is scheduled to appear in court on January 21st.
And if he's convicted, he'll face a maximum penalty of three months in jail along with a $300 fine.
Why would anyone drive their car at 106 mph???? The street is not the race track!

I used to like him. Then I heard he was really moody and mean and rude to fans. People would just say hello to him and he would curse them! I can't get over how bad he looks. I think he is prolly an alcoholic and of course he smokes like a chimney, so all that rough living and the mean attitude makes him look bad. Maybe when he is in jail, he will have an attitude adjustment. Altho, he is the type who prolly thinks going to jail is cool. Wow.

Again, Perez making mountain out of molehill as they say. Fact is, this stretch of highway is "no man's land." Long straight highway where you're more likely to see a moose than another car, lol.. It is a long strech of desolate highway with nothing going on. It is the perfect place to put the pedal to the metal, especially if you've got sports car. Too bad for Matt that he got busted. Question is if you speed in the middle of nowhere, did you make a sound…. Guess we have answer now,

Re: kttttt – Remember all that Homeland Security Money that was spread around? Lots of that went to Vermont because they are boder state. From what I could tell it ended up with local cops because their all over the highways now. For the most part, nitwits sitting their on side of highway with radar in hand. How this helps with homeland security, I'll never know. Matt should have gotten ticket and gone on his way. This is a bit much.

Honestly, the amount of times I've barrelled down those highways and never even gotten flagged over or a finger pointed at. I agree this is absurd, he should have just gotten a $500 speeding fine (Which is about where it would be…I got busted going 78 in MA and got $150 so yeah) not jail time…he didn't hurt anyone..it's just power hungry cops busting a celeb I guess!

106? Please. I got pulled over last Feb. for going 120 in a 60 through a construction zone. As for jail time, if I did not get jail, Matt Dillon certainly won't. I didn't even get arrested!! I got one year probation, 80 HOURS community service, lost my license and like $2000 in fines. I'm sure he'll get off with community service, IF that. Lucky bastard.
He prolly wont spend a day in jail, because of who he is. Being this is his 2nd speeding ticket, they should throw him in jail.
