Unlike other celebrities that have embraced the remakes of their 90s TV hits, Andrew Shue has no desire to return to the place that started his career: Melrose Place.
In a new interview, Shue admits there’s no way he would be making an appearance in the show revamp as the adorable Billy Campbell: ├óΓé¼┼ôI thought for a while, ├óΓé¼╦£Yeah, it├óΓé¼Γäós great.├óΓé¼Γäó But now I think any great show that had its run and had its place in pop culture should only have one run. Melrose Place was a great show in its time, and if I were calling the shots, I would say don├óΓé¼Γäót bring it back. Leave it as it was at its time. That├óΓé¼Γäós the way it should be.├óΓé¼┬¥
No luck with that, not after the success of 90210.
But don’t feel so blue Melrose fans. Remember that you will still get to see some familiar faces. So far Laura Leighton and Thomas Calabro will be making appearances alongside the new cast.
And, of course, some people are just desperate to get on the show. See Lisa Rinna above. She went around El Lay with a petitions and her washboard sign trying to get on the show.
Sad.
