Picewell Forbes, who publicly announced the acquittal of defendant Pleasant Bridgewater before the deliberation was finished, will not face charges of being in contempt of court.
Senior Justice Anita Allen said to Forbes: “You have been rightly ridiculed locally and internationally. It is my opinion that you have suffered enough.”
