Britney may not be interested in helping promote her album, and it seems like she really doesn't need to!
Based on first day sales, Spears' latest album, Blackout, is expected to debut at #1 on the U.S. album charts, industry experts tell PerezHilton.com.
Right now she is projected to sell about 350,000 copies - nowhere near what Carrie Underwood just did in her first week (527,000). But respectable none the less.

lol aah perez talk about being biter. Well I don't listen to pop music because I am more of a lyric person and I find pop and hip hop to be more about beats but I will give that last track "Why Should I Cry" credit I like that song and think the album would have been better if Brit went with a themed album re independence and moving on basically a womans athem type album and truly target lyrical content instead of her same ol same ol club hits although that song "Toy Soldier" is poppy cute. But she is still in my prayers adn I really hope she gets it together real soon. If nothing else she needs to listen to or watch that video she did when she was preggers with Sean P "Someday…I Understand" and get to understanding or reach out to someone who will help you understand.

Good to see all this bad press didn't hurt sales too much. I have the CD, it's pretty good. The first 5 tracks are the best IMO. Also, her cover of "You Got It all" is really nice.
I bought it! I love the first three songs on the CD… I don't think it exactly shows amazing vocal talent but lets be real … Britney has never been the BEST singer.
