Fergie Wants To Change Direction

Um, what? Where the hell did this come from?

Fergie apparently is over her recent Black Eyed Peas success and is starting to look ahead to her next solo album. An album, we hear, she is taking in a brand new direction:

Hardcore rock!

Fergie spent some time in the studio with Guns N’ Roses rocker Slash helping him out on hi upcoming self-titled solo disc and she liked it so much, she is looking to make a rock album herself. And Slash thinks she has what it takes! He says:

“I might actually do a rock record with Fergie, because she wants to do a rock record so I might get involved with her on that. She’s got this killer rock ‘n’ roll voice.”

All the power to ya, but we think you should stick to what you know…and what makes you money!
