What an idiot!

Aaron Carter has been smacked upside the head with a $1 million bill that he owes to the U.S. government in back taxes.

Papers were filed in a Los Angeles court on Monday proving that Carter owes $1,010,635.

Where in the hell is this clown going to get all that cash?

We don't think Dancing with the Stars paid that large of a salary and he's not exactly a tween superstar anymore!

Oh Aaron Carter, you spoke too soon about your stint on Dancing with the Stars.

The cocky former singer stated back in September that he would be one of the final three dancers left and was definitely "going to win Dancing with the Stars."

Unfortunately for Carter, he was kicked off this week! Left in the final four and heading into next week's semi-finals are Mya, Donny Osmond, Joanna Krupa, and Kelly Osbourne.

As for Carter, he says he doesn't regret a thing, because, well, DWTS forced him to grow up.

He revealed yesterday that, “I grew up on the show. There were a lot of epiphany moments and I learned a lot from [pro partner Karina Smirnoff].” Adding about Smirnoff that “It was almost like my father a little bit because my dad … taught me so many different things, but the way he did it, he only had to do it once. She did the same thing. When it came to learning something about me, she only had to say something one time.”

Even Kelly added that Aaron "grew up" on the show.

According to Kelly, “To come back week after week after week, after the things people said about him and kick butt the way that he did, he’s turned into a man and he should go away believing that. And he made me promise that we would always be friends and I said yes!”

Aww, friends forever? Totally grown up.

Are people over the phenomenon known as Dancing with the Stars?

Could be according to recent ratings!

Though it's still one of the top shows in prime time, the Monday shows are down 11 percent and the Tuesday results shows are down 17 percent from the Fall 2008 season.

Another cause for the change in viewership could be its competition on other networks. Monday night football notoriously brings in big numbers, especially last week's game with rivals Minnesota Vikings versus the Green Bay Packers. Also new to the time slot in the fall is the usual summer fare of Fox's So You Think You Can Dance.

Mike Darnell, head of alternative programming at Fox, says:

"When you put two dance shows against each other, you're going to have an impact. We're exceptionally pleased. We're dominating the 18-to-49 demographics for that hour. That's all we care about."

And just how much dance can an audience handle each week? Dance pro Jeff Allen makes a great point saying that viewers are most likely more interested in watching actual dancers rather than untrained "celebrities" taking on the dance floor.

But we think the biggest reason for the ratings drop is probably the lackluster cast!

We're talking about you, Aaron Carter!

We're getting pretty sick of hearing about these two and their break-up, but they keep yapping about it!

Maksim Chmerkovskiy and his partner, actress Debi Mazar, were eliminated on Dancing with the Stars last night and it sounds like he's pretty relieved to get off the set and away from ex Karina Smirnoff.

"I feel completely betrayed," he says. "I'm done. I don't want to get into the specifics. Let's leave it at I'm done."

Apparently Maks is PISSED that Karina has been spending extra time with her partner Aaron Carter.

Carter recently said he had a crush on DWTS dancer Chelsie Hightower, but a source close to the show says: "That's so funny! Everyone knows that's not true. That's Karina trying to manipulate things to take attention off her and Aaron."

Oh Karina, NO! Aaron is undoubtedly an even bigger douche than Maks!

Karina remains positive to the press saying that she and Maks are "both trying to figure out our lives and work on ourselves. At this moment, we're happy to be where we are."

Yeah! Happy to be in the press with your planted stories!

Spare us!

Getting cocky, are we?

On a radio interview Monday morning, an arrogant Aaron Carter made the grand proclamation: "There are no ifs, ands, or buts or possibilities or chances. I'm going to win Dancing with the Stars."

Pretty lofty statements only one week into the competition! The singer hasbeen made the prediction that the final 3 dancers will be Donny Osmond, Joanna Krupa and of course, himself.

The recovering addict, talking about his lovely partner Karina Smirnoff, says: "She's beautiful, but I've got to keep it professional."

And when probed about how Karina's two previous romances bloomed on the dance floor with Mario Lopez and Maksim Chmerkovskiy, Carter responds: "Honestly, why would I want to be in that category? I'm sorry, but I'm not that guy. I don't got that kind of time."

HA! As if Karina Smirnoff would want to date you, Aaron!

Aaron proudly remains uninjured saying that his "knees hurt, but that's about it" and he keeps it under control with Epsom salt baths.

Douche.

The new season of Dancing with the Stars premiered last night and although it was first place for its time slot, the show was down 19 percent from last year's premiere!

Hey ABC, sounds like you might need to recruit some bigger names for next season than say…Aaron Carter and Tom DeLay?

Aaron Carter is being sued for NOT producing a new album.

How lucky for us!

Apparently Carter was supposed to put out another album with Spectra Music, but since Spectra has gone under, the album wasn't made.

Signature Networks had agreed to handle the merchandising so now they're going after Carter AND his parents since he was a minor at the time the deal was made.

Signature is looking for what they're owed plus costs totaling to a grand sum of $574,169.17!

Ouch!

Well, we now know where Aaron's Dancing with the Stars cash will be going!

He should have taken the opportunity to do Dancing With the Stars when it was presented to him!

Now, this douchebag is stuck doing this.

Aaron Carter is reportedly heading to VH1's Celebrity Rehab show.

Nothing like trying to revive your non-existent career by admitting that you're an addict and agreeing to let your treatment be filmed for our "amusement"!

Carter was busted for driving around with 2 ounces of pot in Texas a few months ago.

Way to make lemonade out of that lemon, Aaron!

He must be missing the cameras post House of Carter!

Former Hollywood madame Heidi Fleiss and Skid Row's Sebastian Bach are rumored for the Dr. Drew treatment on Rehab.

The show starts filming in June, so we should be hearing some sort of confirmation regarding Aaron's participation soon.

Who else is gonna round out the cast???
