Our spidey sense is tingling once again! Ha!

Back in May, we saw a bunch of new photos from The Amazing Spider-Man, and we were very impressed!

Now, a new up-close photo of in-costume Spidey has been released (above), and we think he's looking fantastic!

We gotta say, more and more we're thinking this new Spider-Man might trump the previous trilogy. Nothing personal Tobey, but come on! Have you SEEN mask-less Andrew Garfield in the Spidey costume? Yum!

Seriously. Tobey Maguire must love playing poker.

So much so that he has two separate bank accounts devoted to it: Poker Account and Poker Account (2), as revealed by:

"a legal response that Maguire filed on July 5, 2011, to a lawsuit that was filed against him for money he’d won from convicted Ponzi schemer Brad Ruderman, and included copies of checks to prove he both won and lost money during the illegal poker ring games, putting him about even with Ruderman."

There are also records of checks issued and their specific amounts:

On June 2, 2007, Maguire wrote out check #60081 for $105,000 to Ruderman and then just two months later on August 6, 2007, check #60090 to Ruderman for $28,500. That leaves nine checks somewhere in between that Maguire had used from his poker accounts.

That's a lot of money, Tobey!

We say that if you're doing it legally, fine, go ahead. Just don't love it so much that you risk more than money doing it illegally!

Maybe next time just go to Vegas or somewhere where gambling is legit.

Plus, who actually creates checking accounts specifically for gambling…?

He solemnly swears he was up to ZERO funny business.

Tobey Maguire is in the middle of a nasty lawsuit. He's being accused of playing in an illegal poker tournament that conned more than $300,000 from a convicted felon.

Yeah, it's a fishy story and Tobey is out to set to record straight about it. His answer to the lawsuit, which he put into writing in a legal filing, is that these tournaments were not "controlled games," which required the host to have a license. Furthermore, he insists that there was no scheme on his part to defraud anyone. If anything, the person who is suing him should be looked into further as he is currently serving time for defrauding a bunch of people out of more than $50 million in a Ponzi scheme.

Looks like Nicole's got a bunch of projects on the horizon!

Last we heard from Nicole Kidman, she posted a personal video message to her fans from the set of her latest project Hemingway and Gellhorn.

Perhaps our next video message from Nicole will be from the set of Precious director Lee Daniels' movie Paperboy, because she's in talks to star in the film now that Sofia Vergara dropped out due to conflicts with her Modern Family shooting schedule.

Talk about random!

One of our Perezilicious readers was at the Happiest Place On Earth yesterday and while on line for Space Mountain, she saw three unusual people hop on together:

Leonardo DiCaprio, Tobey McGuire and Ethan Suplee!

Say what? First of all, wasn't Leo just in Disneyland with his girl, Blake Lively? And second… what? Ethan Suplee? Who invited that guy???

Earlier this week, we heard all about an underground poker game which is attended by Tobey Maguire, Leonardo DiCaprio, Matt Damon, and Ben Affleck.

As we mentioned before, the game is run by "a Beverly Hills hedge fund manager who embezzled investor funds and orchestrated a Ponzi scheme in a desperate bid to pay off his monster debt to the star and others."

Last we heard from Kate Hudson, she was treated to a celebrity-filled, family-oriented baby shower, hosted by Tobey Maguire's wife Jen Meyer and 90210's Sara Foster at a private home in Malibu.

Now, Kate is continuing to get ready for her new family by purchasing a $5.3 million, 7000 sq ft Pacific Palisades mansion (above, and below) in El Lay with fiance Matt Bellamy.

Here are some features of Kate and Matt's new mansion:

- English-style home built in 1935

- Features five bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a large kitchen, breakfast area, and library

- Also features a sauna, home gym, and "multiple fire places"

- Decorated with "muted pastel colors with splashes of bright greens and an abundance of florals"

- Some rooms in house feature "ornate chandeliers for subtle soft lighting and beamed ceilings"
