According to recent news reports, Bobby Brown has filed for guardianship over daughter Bobbi Kristina Brown's estate, the home that she owns in Atlanta, Georgia.
Filing for guardianship will allow Bobby to make decisions regarding his daughter's home while she remains in an incapacitated state and is unable to make decisions for herself.
Following the filing, David W. Long, a lawyer representing Krissi's maternal grandmother Cissy Houston, released this statement:
Nick Gordon's brother has A LOT to say.
According to Nick's bro, Jack Walker, there was a lot of drug use in Bobbi Kristina's home prior to her January drowning incident.

Gordon's brother even went as far to allege that prior to Nick moving in, Whitney Houston not only allowed drug use in the home but at times even participated in the illegal activity.
This is just so sad.
Cissy Houston, Bobbi Kristina's grandmother, says that the 22-year-old has "irreversible brain damage."
The mother of the late Whitney Houston told TMZ Monday:
"I have just returned from visiting my granddaughter Bobbi Kristina in the hospital and while she is no longer in a medically induced coma she has a tracheotomy and according to the doctors she has global and irreversible brain damage and remains unresponsive."
Cissy's comments are direct opposition to those made my Bobby Brown, Bobbi Kristina's dad.
Wait, what is going on here??
Bobby Brown and his sister both claimed this weekend that Bobbi Kristina awoke from her coma — but according to the Houston Family, it's untrue.

A source close to the Houstons are telling TMZ that Krissi has been in the same condition as before, and they're unsure as to why Bobby and Tina are saying the young girl is awake.
The Houstons are reportedly saying:
UPDATE 9:38 PM EST: After almost three months in a coma, Bobbi Kristina is off of life support. Her aunt Tina Brown took to Facebook to share the following statement, "So many messages, sorry can't answer them all right now but I will get to them later..just allow me this time with my family,,yes, she woke up and is no longer on life support!!!!!:):)God is good!!thanks for your prayers,,still a process, but she is going to be ok:):):):)."
We're not really sure how to respond to this…
While Bobbi Kristina has been in a coma since her accident on January 31, Bobby Brown claims that she has actually woken up.
During a concert in Texas on Saturday, Bobby shared the good news with the crowd, saying:
After staying by his daughter Bobbi Kristina's bedside in the hospital for months, Bobby Brown made his first public appearance at the Soul Food Festival in Los Angeles on Saturday. Bobby addressed the crowd, saying:
"I wanna thank all of y'all for coming out tonight, for supporting me and my family. Rough times are rough times. Hard times are hard times. I don't know what the hell I'm going through right now, but I'm giving it to God."
His pregnant wife Alicia Etheredge-Brown and their son Cassius were by Bobby's side all day, with Alicia saying they're "doing as well as you'd expect."

They spent the day at the Bobby Brown Foods booth, selling chicken, sausages, and spices.
We're glad to see that Bobby is still carrying on, and wish him a safe trip back to support Bobbi Kristina.
He'll have to leave his daughter's side — again for business — to perform in Australia.

We're just glad he's responding well to treatment!
As we reported, Bobbi Kristina's boyfriend Nick Gordon checked himself into rehab after doing a much-publicized sit-down interview/intervention with Dr. Phil.

The 25-year-old was going through an intense period of emotional turmoil as his girlfriend is currently in a medically induced coma after being found unresponsive in her bathtub.
Well it turns out getting help was indeed the right decision.
