Disney is allowing their employees to let their hair down!

Okay, maybe not.

Long known as the "Disney Look," male employees were only allowed to grow mustaches like Walt Disney. Now Disneyland is allowing its males to sport beards as well.

The beards can't get toooo crazy. The beards must be shorter than a quarter of an inch.

Soul patches are still a no-go.

The stringent policy was put in place as Disney believes it's casting characters, not hiring employees.

Yes, even the ticket booth person is a "casted character."

Score one for team beard!

Well that's one way to make an entrance!!!

Rihanna landed at LAX wearing a see-through dress!! Ahh, so gusty… we LOVE it!!

Though it probably wasn't that sheer in person… but gurl knew those photogs would be snap-snap-snappin it, LOL!!

Last night, the ever glorious Harald Gloeoeckler was on hand at the Maria Kretschmer fashion show at Berlin's Fashion week. While Maria's clothes might have been the talk of the Fashion Tent at Brandenburger Tor, we're much more impressed with what Harald is wearing.

Or what he isn't wearing! Do you see any sequins? On his face or otherwise? Do you see any paint or glitter or ba-bling of any kind? We didn't think it was possible, but it seems to be true; Harald CAN tone it down!

But then again, do we really want him to!

Harald Gloeoeckler made a signature entrance into the Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week yesterday, premiering his new collection in Berlin for the Autumn/Winter 2012.

And such a statement his making with this outfit! Looks like disco pants, a fitted suit jacket made of Christmas ornaments and … did someone bejewel his brow?! PERFECTION!

Yesterday evening, Modern Family's Sarah Hyland experienced a dreaded wardrobe malfunction while walking on the Golden Globes red carpet, and she handled it QUITE gracefully!

The zipper on the back of her dress broke before an interview with E!'s Giuliana Rancic, but she totally kept her cool:

"Well I was just standing there waiting to come up here, and I just kinda felt like an explosion in my back, and I was kinda just like, 'what happened!' And I felt my back and I felt bare back."

Helen Mirren looked flawless, per usual, at tonight's Golden Globes ceremony.

She chose a long-sleeve navy Badgley Mischka Couture ball gown, Fred Leighton sapphire and diamond pendant earrings, and a Badgley Mischka crystal evening clutch.

That color looks amazing on her! We are always in awe of this hawt biznitch!
