So remember how rumors went ablaze about Nicole Richie feuding with Jessica Simpson??

It all started through Fashion Star when whispers got louder about Nicole's apparent disregard for Jessica's fashion sense.

Sources said she told them Jessica didn't have a high fashion eye at all! They also said she often looked Jessica's style up and down in a very condescending manner.

Even though Jessica Simpson has made it pretty clear that she and fiance Eric Johnson are waiting to get married until AFTER the baby is born, it looks like Jess is getting a little antsy.

The mom-to-be was spotted holding her baby bump as she looked around in a wedding dress boutique over the weekend with a friend before the two continued their day of Christmas gift shopping.

It looks like Mz. Simpson is excited to get back in shape when she becomes the new Weight Watchers spokeswoman after having the baby.

Guess it doesn't hurt to start looking for dresses now!

Jessica Simpson wasn't able to get that $4 million from Weight Watchers to become the weight loss company's spokeswoman, but don't feel too bad for her because she still got $3 million!

The mother-to-be has just officially signed the deal that has been in the works for almost a month. Jessica will begin training to go from flab to fab with Weight Watchers' proven system right after she gives birth, as a source explains:

"The deal is in place, and after having her baby, she'll start with Weight Watchers to lose her baby weight.”

We think this is a fantastic opportunity for Jessica! Not only has she been blessed with a child this holiday season, but she's getting paid to do the work she needs to do to look great after giving birth!

Back when Jessica Simpson was denying the big bump on her belly, rumors were floating around that the singer was waiting for a magazine to offer her big money to break the exclusive story.

Sadly for Jess, that day never came. The Country singer/shoe mogul revealed the big pregnancy "news" via her own website.

We all know pregnancy announcements are not a big a deal as the actually birth. Celebs have been known to rack in the doe from baby pics: Christina Aguilera allegedly received $2 million for pictures of her son, while J Lo is said to have pocketed a massive $6 million for pics of her twinzies. Will Jess cash in too?

Cult of Celebrity author Cooper Lawrence thinks not. He says:

"Jessica isn't as relevant as she used to be. She's making shoes now. Her baby daddy isn't famous enough for anyone who doesn't know her personally to care, and the trend of celebrity baby photos is done for the consumer as well. Let us know if when the kid is 10 it has its first kiss with Mason Kardashian. Then we'll talk."

LOL!!

We're not denying that we would LOVE to see a mini Jess with holding hands with a wittle Mason, BUT we are interested in Jess' first baby pics!

Do we care enough to pay over $1 million? NOPE!

Lawrence is probs right. Jessica will be showing off her pics for free -- just like any other mom!

Jessica and Ashlee Simpson celebrated the launch of their new tween line Jessica Simpson Girls on Thursday night.

For the cookie and candy-filled soiree at Dylan Lauren's Candy Bar the preggers designer wore a loose-fitting Dolce & Gabbana leopard print dress with a Camilla and Marc leather jacket, black tights and her own shoes.

Ashlee took a more casual-chic approach in a striped wool sweater worn over a printed mini dress.

We can't decide which sister we like better. They both look great!

Glow-fest!!

Last night Jessica Simpson rocked her bump at the annual Footwear News Achievement Awards some shoe award thingy.

The footwear designer wore her lady lump like a high fashion accessory as she stood proudly -- and high on those 6-inch heels -- next to babydaddy, Eric Johnson.

Jess says pregnancy suits her, and we totes agree! Gurlfriend has never looked better!

So remember when we heard that Jessica Simpson MIGHT be in talks for a $4 million Weight Watchers deal?

Well a different source says that's untrue!

Flatly, they said, "There is no Weight Watchers deal."

Yet, E! doesn't say who the source is, but we're supposed to take their word that they're "close" to Jessica.

Well, we say that there's just as much validity in the other source in that she is at least in talks! Who's to say there isn't, without a direct confirmation from WW or JS??

We'll just have to wait for verification!
