Another The Silence of the Lambs sequel is a go!

Almost 20 years after the film won Best Picture, Anthony Hopkins has agreed to reprise his infamous role as Hannibal Lecter. Unfortunately, Clarice Sterling is a no show. Jodie Foster has opted out to direct Claire Danes in a new film. Terrible idea!

Universal's take on the situation? She's replaceable!

Variety announced that Cate Blanchett is in talks for the role and Ridley Scott is set to direct.

Sounds impressive…but doesn't anyone have ideas for new films?!

We were this close to seeing Oscar winner Jodie Foster on a reality show!

Last weekend, a production crew from truTV's reality show Speeders was with Beverly Hills cops when they caught dykon Foster going 54 in a 35 MPH zone in her eco-sound Prius.

Unfortunately, the thesp refused to sign a waiver to appear on the show - naturally!

A source reported that once the crew cut the camera, Jodie let the drama flow:

"…she grew quite agitated and angry, and kept insisting to the police officers that the radar gun must have made a mistake. She maintained to the officers that she was only going 30 mph at the time they pulled her over, and she kept interrupting and complaining that the process was taking too long…Despite her numerous requests otherwise, the cops still issued her a citation."

She should've asked for the reality crew to do an instant replay! They must have been filming when the cops caught her on radar!

What was the rush, Jodie? Did you have to pee or something?

Is Jodie Foster really that old?

The actress is turning 46 this November and she's already being spotted wearing a hearing aid.

Foster was photographed on Wednesday shopping for furniture in West Hollywood with a hearing aid in her left ear, not so hidden behind her hair.

She was casually sipping her iced coffee as she shopped at DAO Design Around Objects.

Who knew Foster even had problems hearing?????

Is she really just getting old or did she have some sort of accident?

Leonardo DiCaprio, Jodie Foster, Chris Rock and Will Ferrell dug deep and paid the $28.5K to attend the Barbara Streisand-led fundraiser for Barack Obama in LA on Tuesday.

According to a new report, Obama opened up and shared his feeling about the 'concerns' people have had about the closeness of the race to the White House:

“A lot of you, just in conversations while we were in the photo lines, had all sorts of suggestions… And a lot of people have gotten nervous and concerned. Why is this as close as it is? And what’s going on?” The Illinois senator said that the race was always going to be a hard-fought contest because he represented a “leap” for voters, especially when running against John McCain, a “genuine hero” with a “compelling biography.” Obama said that there was “enormous resistance … because people have been fed cynicism for a long time” but he said that he remained “confident about winning because I’ve looked at John McCain, I’ve looked at Sarah Palin, I’ve looked at their agenda, and they don’t have one.”

Barack is so diplomatic!

Fox's The Simpsons will be getting some big-named celebs to be part of their new season.

Jodie Foster will be among the list of stars lending her voice to the cartoon.

She'll actually be speaking as a grown-up version of Maggie.

Super cool!

Wait, does that mean Maggie grows up to be a lesbian????

Jodie's episode will air in early 2009 and is titled Four Great Women & A Manicure.

It's kind of a big deal that she's speaking for Maggie, especially considering that it's the only character which doesn't speak.

But, when Maggie did talk and uttered her first and one of few words, "Daddy", the voice used was that of Elizabeth Taylor's.

Not bad.

Also scheduled to play a part in an episode early next year is our fav good girl, Anne Hathaway.

She'll be a part of The Good, the Sad and the Drugly episode and will play a new, sweet and caring character that Bart falls in love with and tries to become "a good Samaritan" to impress her.

The 20th season of The Simpsons will air on September 28th.

Jodie Foster could lose $25 million soon.

The reason?????

Cuz - as has been reported - she's a homewrecker and a cheater!

Ever since she left her partner of 14 years, Cydney Bernard, for writer and producer Cynthia Mort, Foster has been trying to play nice.

And Jodie would like to keep things away from the public eye, so she'll do whatever it takes to keep everything quiet.

And that means keeping her ex happy!

According to the National Enquirer, Foster could lose up to a quarter of her fortune, an estimated $25 million in alimony.

Jodie is currently worth around $100 million. But half of that she earned while she was with Cydney!

So legally, Cydney could ask for half of those $50 mill and she might get it if she sues.

And according to an inside source, Jodie is trying her best to keep her happy and not pay her the millions.

She's even trying to have Cydney and Cynthia be friends.

Riiiiiiight.

The source says, "She wants them to be friends. Jodie realizes that if Cydney perceives them to be one big happy family, she'd never sue for half her assets."

So what does Cydney get in return?

She gets to live for free at one of Foster's houses. She also gets invited to parties at Foster's house and gets to visit with her sons.

And even better is the reported six figures a year she's giving Cydney.

That's not too shabby - but it's still not $25 mill!

This is mayjah news for lesbians everywhere!!!!!

Has dykon Jode Foster reconciled with her longtime girlfriend, Cydney Bernard????

The pair reportedly broke up earlier this year over allegations of Jodie's affair with a homewrecking younger woman.

Well, Foster was in Tokyo on Tuesday at the premiere of her new film, Nim's Island.

And who was also there????

You guessed it, Cydney!!!!

There is Bernard, photographed above today, taking care of her and Foster's children.

Is she just being a good co-parent or have they gotten back together???

We're rooting for a reconciliation!

There's been too much LiLo and Snatch in the media lately and not enough Jodie!

The closeted celesbian, Foster has been lying low since she dumped her girlfriend of almost 15 years for another woman.

Thankfully, the dykon was spotted walking her bitch - a dog - in Beverly Hills on Wednesday.

And she's still looking good!
