Joe Francis, the creator of Girls Gone Wild has been arrested!
According to sources at the LAPD, three women claimed to have met Joe at a nightclub and were then offered a ride to their car in his limo.
Apparently, he instead drove them back to his mansion… AGAINST their wishes!
Creeper alert!
Monday afternoon, Francis

What happened to staying sober and winning Courteney back? You're through with BOTH of those things now, David???
Earlier today, we were bummed to hear that

Too bad! We were really hoping to see a reconciliation between David and Courteney.
It seemed like things were headed in the right direction between David Arquette and Courteney Cox, but apparently that's not the case, because it looks like David may have moved on to none other than Girls Gone Wild creator Joe Francis' ex-wife Christina McLarty!
According to

Sounds like someone has a real problem.
Back in 2009, Steve Wynn sued Girls Gone Wild exec Joe Francis for over $2 million, claiming that Joe owed that much in gambling debts. Steve won the case and Joe was ordered to pay up.
Fast forward to two years later and Steve hasn't seen a red cent from Joe. So, he's kicking things up a notch.
Though Joe maintains he was offered a discount on his losses, because he refused to pay his debt, a Vegas grand jury has ordered Joe to stand trial against two criminal charges: Felony theft and fraud.
If he is found guilty, he faces up to four years in prison.
But Joe doesn't sound too worried. After all, he has evaded going to prison before. He's told sources:
"I'm 100% confident that I will prevail, just like I always do. Steve Wynn has enormous influence over the politicians in the Las Vegas area … so I'm sure he's behind this. The moral of the story is don't gamble at the Wynn casinos or this could happen to you."
No, we're pretty sure this could only happen to you! Good luck though!

Sorry Joe!
In less than two months into their marriage, Girls Gone Wild creator Joe Francis' wifey Christina McLarty has left him.
Here's what a source had to say about it:
"Joe Francis' wife moved out, and they might be getting a divorce.
He was talking about the details of the separation openly while at the Kardashian holiday party. Christina moved out a bit after Thanksgiving."
Well, at least that Jayde Nicole lawsuit is settled!
There's other fish in the sea, honey.

Maybe she's just ready to forgive and forget.
Sources have spoken to Jayde Nicole's lawyer who has confirmed that his client has decided to end her civil lawsuit against Girls Gone Wild founder Joe Francis. You'll recall that Jayde was suing Joe for attacking her at an El Lay nightclub. (You remember the video, don't you? He grabbed her by the hair and threw her to the ground!)
Anyway, he wouldn't comment on exactly what his client got from settling the $1 million lawsuit, he did imply that Jayde is ready to move on. In the official statment, her attorney explains:
"The terms of the settlement agreement are strictly confidential, so there will be no comment whatsoever as to the terms.
Generally speaking, my client would never settle cases that are close to trial that she initiates unless she was thrilled, delighted, and overjoyed with the resolution. She wishes Joe all the best and is glad this matter is behind them.
Always at the end of the year, parties generally like to close out loose ends, my client is enjoying her holiday and is looking forward to shopping in America's best stores."
Tis the season to be forgiving, we guess!

Ha! We want to know what happened, bb!
This sounds like it could be HIGHlarious!
Lance Bass and model Cheryl Tiegs recently traveled through the Mexican countryside together to attend Joe Francis' wedding last month after complications with their flight, and apparently, the trip was so insane that the former N'Sync-er is writing a screenplay based on it all!
He explains:
"We're bonded for life after that trip."
Oh man! Too funny!
We're actually a little curious to see what kind of writing skillz our Lance has!
Hopefully it will translate well onto page, and we'll soon be able to watch for ourselves all of the wacky shenanigans these guys got into on the journey!
Thoughts??
