For one woman who felt like she was taken advantage of by Girls Gone Wild, justice has been served — in the form of a $5.8 million paycheck!
Tamara Favazza sued the maker of the
classy Girls Gone Wild Sorority Orgy DVD series in 2010. She claimed that her breasts were shown in one of the installments without her permission because someone lifted her shirt at a St. Louis bar in 2005.

Yesterday, Madonna debuted the lyric video for her new single Girl Gone Wild, and we were absolutely LOVING it!
Madonna's manager Guy Oseary is claiming that his team NEVER received a letter from Joe, and he's saying that they changed the name of the song to the singular word "Girl" because "that's the way Madonna sings it in the song."
Let's just hope this is the last we hear of this! The song has NOTHING to do with Joe Francis' videos, and it has EVERYTHING to do with being an A-MAZING track!!!!! LOLz!

Joe was sued after he promised to reveal the ways Steve deceived all of his high rollers. But Joe had also sued Steve for "ruining his reputation" over the gambling debt "exaggerations."
So even though the Girls Gone Wild kind just lost 7.5 million in this lawsuit, his lawyer says that's nothing compared to what Steve's about to lose:
We doubted that this would even cause her to bat an eyelash in the first place!
Joe Francis is apparently none too pleased with Madonna for using his trademarked title Girls Gone Wild as a song on her new album, MDNA, without his consent, and fired off a cease-and-desist letter to the pop icon, essentially banning her from performing the track during her halftime performance at the Super Bowl!
