We doubted that this would even cause her to bat an eyelash in the first place!
Joe Francis is apparently none too pleased with Madonna for using his trademarked title Girls Gone Wild as a song on her new album, MDNA, without his consent, and fired off a cease-and-desist letter to the pop icon, essentially banning her from performing the track during her halftime performance at the Super Bowl!
Uh-oh! This is not good!
Joe Francis, who created the Girls Gone Wild series, has slapped Madonna with a cease-and-desist letter over the usage of his franchise name as a title of one her new songs on MDNA, and is threatening legal action if she does not comply to certain terms!
According to the letter, which asserts that the pop icon is trying to get a "free ride on the valuable consumer goodwill and brand recognition" of the Girls Gone Wild trademark, she must negotiate a licensing agreement for it usage, holding accountable the number of times she's already used it, and she must not perform the song during the Super Bowl halftime show!
What?! That last part seems seriously ridiculous!
Apparently, Madge has to answer by 5pm PST today before legal action is taken.
What do U think? Does Joe have a case?

Can't blame Steve Wynn for this one, Joe!
Yesterday, the LAPD busted a Girls Gone Wild photo shoot in a Hollywood Hills house to "conduct a 'film permit investigation.'"
Police sources claimed that there's been an ongoing issue with people shooting at the location without permits, and they also said that they weren't JUST targeting GGW.
Because Girls Gone Wild creator Joe Francis had such a stellar reputation in the first place!
To recap, back in 2009, casino boss Steve Wynn filed a lawsuit against Joe Francis over $2 million of gambling debts.
Then in February, we heard that Joe hadn't paid the debt, and he was ordered to stand trial against criminal charges of Felony theft and fraud.
Now, we're hearing that JOE
is finally going to pay up is filing a lawsuit against STEVE for "wrecking his reputation," and he's seeking "an unspecified amount of damages."
Ugh. Just pay your debt, Joe! This lawsuit is absurd!

And our hearts just broke a little bit. Just a little bit. Broke into sad, sad little pieces.
Even though Courteney Cox and their daughter were in the audience the first time David Arquette took to the floor on Dancing With The Stars and even though he is producing a new sitcom with Courteney that is in the same vein as Friends, David is apparently dating another woman.
ANOTHER WOMAN. And not just any woman - a reporter. A reporter by the name of
Personally, we wouldn't want to celebrate someone's deplorable behavior as a drug-addicted abuser of women, but apparently, that's exactly what went down at Comedy Central's Roast of Charlie Sheen!
