Then again, who wouldn't! She's the most acclaimed actress in all the world. It's like being in the presence of Margaret Thatcher or The Queen! (Who else doesn't think that part was robbed from her by Helen Mirren! We kid, we kid. )

Kathy Griffin has made her living poking fun at some of the most recognizable celebrities of the day, but we've just learned that there is one actress that actually renders the comedienne speechless: Meryl Streep!

On Monday, Kathy was at the AARP Magazine's 11th Annual Movies for Grownups Awards in Beverly Hills and while walking the red carpet, she walked right past the Oscar-nominated actress … and crawled right into the fetal position. She explains:

This has got to be one of the most unlikeliest match-ups ever.

Kathy Griffin had one helluva deja vu moment on Thursday while watching Madonna on Anderson.

It turns out her Madgesty was wearing the same leather Gucci dress Kathy wore when she co-hosted CNN's New Year's Eve special with Anderson Cooper!

Kathy immediately tweeted "Bitch stole my look! I hope @Joan_Rivers sees this!!!" and the photo (above).

A very young Kathy Griffin got her first acting job in a White Sox commercial in the year … maybe we won't go there.

Anyway, Kathy was a young thing and she's only a background actress, but its always kind of fun to see where stars got their start. Check out the video (above) to watch the commercial and see if you can spot her. We won't tell you where she is, but we'l give you a hint: she's wearing a hat!

Kathy Griffin is someone who has struggled with bulimia.

This isn't an easy topic, not by any means. But she recently found it in herself to talk about it while doing the Rosie O'Donnell show.

We're so happy that she's in a better place now, and we can't imagine the war she's been through with her own body image.

The self proclaimed D-lister stopped by The Late Show to dish on her new talk show on Bravo.

But when the subject of her strip show with Anderson on CNN's New Year's celebration came about, Kathy wasn't afraid to do a repeat performance!

Poor Dave didn't know what was going on!

But after Kathy showed off the girls, she went into her claim that Ryan Seacrest is the devil.

She blamed him for the K-Dash popularity and how he treated her to dinner but she saw through his ways!

But when things finally came around to her show promotion, she said her mother would be a frequent guest on the show!

Unfortunately, Kathy's mom has the "fear of the runs!"

The network is in talks with the blonde bombshell to host a brand new talk show, making it the third talk show move the network has made in the past month! (Both Andy Cohen and Kathy Griffin had talk show news, too!)

Kathy Griffin is the OFFICIAL Queen of Bravo!

Our favorite funny lady has just landed a new hour-long weekly talk show for the cable network, which will start this spring, titled Kathy.

She'll be ranting and raving about celebs, pop culture, and if we keep our fingers crossed, some more juicy Cher stories!

This comes on the heels that Bravo will be extending their popular late-night show Watch What Happens: Live five nights a week AND will be adding Sandra Bernhard as a weekly correspondent to deliver her "Sandrology."

As if Bravo wasn't our favorite network already! Let's just hope they don't get Sandra and Kathy in the same room together! Ha!

A big congrats to Mz. Griffin on the new gig! We are soooo excited to hear your weekly rants! Love!!
