As you all know by now, Hugh Hefner's former girlfriend, Kendra Wilkinson, is no longer dating the old playboy.

Instead, she's now engaged to Philadelphia Eagle Hank Baskett. And lucky for us, Baskett isn't shy to talk to the media.

At a fundraiser last night, Baskett took some time to speak about his fiance and her former fling.

According to Baskett, Kendra is very passionate about children's charities, just like he is.

He says, "Kendra has one of the biggest hearts and that's one of the things that really drew me to her."

It wasn't her tight body and fake boobs?

As for Kendra's relationship with Hef, Baskett says the playboy is more like a father to her.

Adding, "Hef is like a father to her so he's going to be the one to give her away. That's why I wanted his blessings and her mom's blessing."

Ewwwww! Ladies, please don't have the father-daughter relationship that Baskett says Kendra and Hef had.

As for the new happy couple, it seems they've been dating for the last nine months already, despite past denials from Wilkinson. And they have sooooooo much in common.

Baskett says, "Both of us like to stay home and wear sweats than go out and party. She's really down to Earth that's what drew us to each other."

Again, are you sure it wasn't her tight body and fake boobs????

He adds, "Ever since I met her this is the happiest I've ever been in my life. And every day she does something else that makes me fall in love with her."

How sickeningly sweet.

As for their wedding, it's apparently going to take place at the Playboy Mansion on June 27th with Hef giving the bride away.

That is if Kendra and Baskett are still together by then and Hef is still alive!

Looks like former #1 Playboy girlfriend Holly Madison doesn't mind playing #2 to recently engaged Kendra Wilkinson. Holly reportedly told Kendra that she "better be a bridesmaid."

Why do we somehow doubt that Holly will even be invited?

We have a feeling that Holly would be the kind of wedding guest to show up in white.

Kendra's engagement was announced yesterday, Thursday. The ceremony is set for sometime in June at the Playboy Mansion. Will tickets be available?

As for Holly's own "friends with benefits" relationship with Mindfreak's Criss Angel, the former Bunny says, "I'm in love with him."

No word yet on Bridget's invitation.

The Girls Next Door are quickly becoming the Rebound Girls Next Door!

Now that Holly Madison's got her "friends with benefits" magician man, Kendra Wilkinson is going to reportedly be walking down the aisle with her football player fiance, Hank Baskett of the Philadelphia Eagles.

Wait, what was that again?

The GND's youngest and most notoriously wild child done got herself engaged.

We hear that the sudden proposal took place atop the Space Needle in Seattle before both families, and that even Kendra was surprised.

No word on a set date yet, and even though Kendra's rep hasn't confirmed, a close source says, "It's true."

The Playmate and the player seem made for each other.

Now what about Bridgett?

It's official.

Hugh Hefner's former whores girlfriends are finally moving out of the Playboy mansion.

For the longest time, the girls had been denying they were no longer with Hef.

But now it's out in the open and Holly Madison has even been spotted around Vegas with Criss Angel - making out!

Even Kendra Wilkinson has been spotted with her own guy as well.

Now we're hearing from Hef's other former girlfriend, Bridget Marquardt. And while at the Playboy fragrance launch yesterday, Bridget released some interesting information.

She said, "Holly and Kendra are moving out right now."

As for Bridget's stay in the mansion, she adds, "I don't know how much longer I'll be there. I've been doing a Travel Channel show, so to be honest, I'm not even there that much at the moment anyway."

Poor girls. They've worked so hard to live at the mansion for free and be taken care of!

Are financial woes the real reasons behind Hef's break ups with Holly and Kendra?

Reportedly teetering on the brink of bankruptcy, Hef has not only been forced to cut back on staffing, but now, in a bid to rake in some extra income, the public is being invited to the exclusive Playboy Mansion parties…at $5,000 to $25,000 a ticket. If there's a hot celebrity on the guest list, expect a ticket in the higher range!

The Mansion has long since been available to rent for corporate events, but this is the first time that anyone can pay to take a dip in the infamous Grotto, where clothing doesn't stay on for long.

What people don't know is that Hugh Hefner himself does not own the mansion - his company does. And yes, he pays rent on it. About $700,000 a year.

Not untouched by a waning national economy, Hef's stocks have plunged to a third of what they were worth a year ago.

So are the Bunnies included in that staffing cut? Has all the gold been dug?

Martha Lindeman, Playboy Enterprises’ senior vice president, said otherwise, of course. Apparently the Bunnies "are not even on the payroll. So, they would be the last to go."

Unless they're heading out on their own accord.

After weeks of rumors and thinly veiled non-denials, Holly's break up with Hef is now official, leaving the eternal Playboy "down in the dumps."

Awww, poor Puffin.

And the reason for the break up?

Six months ago Holly learned that Hef planned to have neither kids nor marriage with her.

"With my sperm count, it's not possible," Hef explained. The man is 82 after all!

And what about the rest of the Girls Next Door?

The show is going to continue with a sixth season, but Kendra is also moving out into her own place by the end of the year. No word on Bridget's status, though she is currently out of the mansion and in Europe filming for the Travel Channel's new series called Bridget's Beaches.

But it's not like Hef is in want of girls.

He's already been spotted out with Playmate twinsies Karissa and Kristina Shannon, who already live in the mansion, though are not yet "official girlfriends."

The Girls were just three of the seven girlfriends Hef initially had on his arm after his separation from Kimberley Conrad. In addition to the twins, a college senior from Georgia named Amy Leigh Andrews is also vying for a girlfriend position.

We wonder how many girls he'll have this time around!

We mentioned earlier in the week that Holly Madison confirmed her break up with Hugh Hefner.

Well, Kendra Wilkinson has also revealed that she and Hef are officially broken up as well.

No surprise, but we like the confirmation!

Kendra was a guest on the Chelsea Handler show on Tuesday night and confessed to the chat hostess that even though she and Hef are no longer an item, they'll always be best friends.

Oh, puke, K!

She apparently spent most of her time with Chelsea talking about her new beau, pro-football man Hank Baskett.

They like to have virtual sex over Skype!

Good for you Kendra. You're sexing it up online and finally acknowledging another thing we already knew!

Reports have been ongoing that things are not all well at the Playboy mansion.

Even Hugh Hefner admitted that his relationship with the girls was in "transition."

And we were told exclusively that when the "Girls" are away, Hugh hooks up with different gals.

Potential backups maybe?

Hawt blonde Kendra Wilkinson is speaking out about the current situation at the mansion.

She says in a new interview, "There are lot of changes going on … people are going through changes. There's a lot of rumors about me moving on, Holly moving on … it's really sad."

Why so sad?

Change is inevitable!

The youngest of the girlfriends adds, "I mean, it's only sad because Hef has to deal with it, and Hef gets really emotional because he really loves us. He is definitely a softie, so it's really sad seeing him go through this stuff."

But does she accidentally slip and admit that Hef is slowly replacing them?

Kendra adds that Hef "keeps it cool, and he has a lot of girlfriends around now to keep him happy."
