Kid Rock will appear in court to defend himself in a lawsuit filed after he and his entourage engaged in a fight in a Waffle House. Harlen Akins filed the lawsuit and claims that Kid Rock cursed at him and then had his entourage beat him up and smash his cell phone. Apparently, the fight started because Akins recognized a woman in Kid Rock’s party and spoke to her.
Kid Rock is scum. Hopefully after he serves some much-deserved jail time he will move to the Nevada desert, buy a used trailer, and leave all of us alone for the rest of our lives. And we'll all live happily ever after. The end!

Collaborate and listen! This is gonna be gooood!
Thoguh rapper T.I. has recorded almost 80 songs thus far for his upcoming album, King Uncaged, there is one track that will definitely make it on the disc: a collaboration with Lady GaGa.

So what was it like for the rapper to work with the mega-star? AMAZING! T.I. explains:
"Phenomenal talent. Extremely proud [to work with her]. She's definitely that good. She knows what she's doing. She knows exactly what she wants people to think and say. She does everything that she needs to be done to ensure it happens. I think she's an entertainer, in all aspects of the word," Tip said of working with the Gaga. "She's a classic, all-around entertainer. A global star."
We can't wait to hear it! We bet it will be a hit!

Country music fans have cast their votes and this morning, the nominations for the CMT Music Awards were announced.
Taylor Swift and Carrie Underwood are leading the pack with three nominations, along with Lady Antebellum and Jason Aldean.
You'll have to tune in on June 9th to see who won, but we warn you, it's being hosted by Kid Rock. It's going to be a looooooong night with him at the helm!

"The rumors are true – I’m hosting the CMT Awards live from Nashville on June 9th," said Kid Rock. "All I can promise is I will be awesome."
Although we really don't think of him as a country artist, Kid Rock won a CMT Award last year for All Summer Long.
We bet he keeps his promise and the show is gonna be trashy awesome!

Kid Rock has been ordered to pay $35,000 to three men he assaulted!

The three men claimed the Bawitdaba joker and members of the unfortunately named rap group, Boo-Yaa Tribe, attacked them outside of an El Lay hotel and wanted $15 million in retribution!
$35k is better than nothing!

Kid Rock is requesting that his prior run-ins with the law are NOT considered in his current court case against him.
We don't know how likely that is!
Kid Rock is facing a lawsuit that claims he and six members of the Boo-Yaa Tribe beat up three men at the Roosevelt Hotel in 2006. That sure sounds like Kid…
But he is asking that his "reputation as a 'tough guy' or 'thug' by means of his professional persona as 'Kid Rock'" not be used against him nor his "prior criminal arrest or misdemeanor convictions."

Was there ever any doubt that Kid Rock wasn't a classy man?
The aging musician celebrated his 39th birthday party yesterday at Vegas hotspot Lavo nightclub inside the Palazzo.
And what better occasion to dress up for, right?
Rock went sporting some jeans, a white tee, a cigar in one hand and a bottle of Jim Beam bourbon in the other.
We can only guess how hard he pAArtied.
But considering the club probably gave him free liquor all night, his bottle of Jim Beam was all for show it seems.
Maybe it matched his outfit for the night.
