An anonymous caller phoned in the L.A. County Department of Children and Family Services and reported some serious abuse allegations against Kendall Jenner & Kylie Jenner, but the Kardashians are positive whoever did call was a prank caller.
The unknown person called in on Friday and reported that the two teenage girls were in danger.
