We're not saying this is true, but…… The New York Daily News is reporting on the new Anna Nicole Smith tell-all book, the one that has those "shocking" and "incrimination" allegations that OK! magazine found so repulsive that they decided to stop doing business with Larry Birkhead and pull their upcoming cover on baby Dannilynn. Birkhead is already threatening to sue Rita Cosby, the former MSNBC journalist - the woman who actually introduced Larry to his former lawyer and current frienemy, Debra Opri. The shocking book claims Larry and former nemesis Howard K. Stern, Anna's lawyer, were gay lovers. This is too much to handle! A man came forward earlier this year claiming that he had a homosexual relationship with Birkhead, but this is the first time we are hearing anything about Stern possibly being gay as well. Sordid passages in the soon-to-be released Blonde Ambition: The Untold Story Behind Anna Nicole Smith's Death describe how Anna Nicole and a friend allegedly caught Stern and Birkhead with their shirts off and their pants around their ankles in a Los Angeles home. Jackie Hatten, described in the book as one of Anna Nicole's closest friends, said Larry and Howard were engaged in oral sex. "Their bodies were intermingled," Hatten says in the book, according to a copy obtained by the Daily News. "It was obvious what was happening." The book claims that Smith knew both Birkhead and Stern were gay. But, Anna Nicole, who was obsessed with Marilyn Monroe, chose Birkhead as her lover because she wanted a blond, blue-eyed baby. It gets better! The tell-all also claims that Anna Nicole would spread out on her bed and watch a video allegedly showing Birkhead and Stern having oral sex "over and over" while Stern worked on his computer in their Bahamas home. The existence of the video was confirmed by a source yesterday, the New York Daily News reports. There's proof????? Sweet Jesus! Stern is portrayed in Cosby's book as a jealous, money-grabbing control freak who manipulates the erratic blond beauty's celebrity status for his own financial gain. Plus, he reportedly kept her drugged up, the book claims. His alleged "goodie bag" of meds - including Vicodin, Valium, morphine and Demerol - were never far from reach. "He was the pharmacist and [the bag] was the drugstore," Anna Nicole's ex-boyfriend Ben Thompson told Cosby. In Anna Nicole's final days, the buxom blond was holed up in Room 607 at the Hard Rock Hotel in Florida, with a raging 105-degree fever, the book says. She was watched by Stern, her bodyguard, her psychiatrist and a handful of aides as a pus-filled abscess from a needle injection in her left buttock caused an infection in her bloodstream, Cosby writes. Cosby alleges a right-handed Anna Nicole could never have administered these injections herself. As doctors rushed Anna Nicole to a hospital in a futile bid to save her life, Stern allegedly was already on the phone to media contacts lining up lucrative exclusive interviews. "Howard was ready to make his next deal," an eyewitness says in the book. "It showed us that to Howard it was all about money." Birkhead doesn't comes across any better. The book claims Birkhead gave Smith cocktails of drugs and watched as Stern allegedly gave medication to Anna Nicole while she was attached to an IV drip in the hospital during her pregnancy. Holy shiz!!!! His image as the "aw shucks nice guy" was a carefully crafted ploy to manipulate the media, Birkhead's former lawyer Debra Opri told Cosby. Opri is suing Birkhead for failing to pay her legal fees. Birkhead says he was disgusted by Cosby's claim that he and Stern were gay lovers. "If she printed that then she is really getting sued," Birkhead yelled. "My attorneys are going after her and that is absolutely false. And I am sure Howard and the estate and everyone else involved is going to sue her too. This is just nonsense." Stern's lawyer, Lin Wood, called the book's content "false and defamatory." Wood said Cosby "has taken the coverage to a disgusting new low for which she will be held legally accountable. It appears that Ms. Cosby has joined the ranks of tabloid journalists who are willing to publish the print equivalent of sewerage to engage in character assassination for profit." The shocking book also alleged that Birkhead and Stern cut a secret deal after Anna Nicole was buried in March, with Birkhead getting custody of Dannilynn in return for Stern being named executor of the star's estate. Oh, boy! The shiz has hit the fan! Yesterday, OK! magazine claimed that it had uncovered shocking allegations that Larry Birkhead is a shady and dishonest person. The mag says it will reveal its explosive findings in their new issue. Well, now Anna Nicole's ex is firing back and threatening to sue OK! magazine. Birkhead claims that it's OK! that is behaving inappropriately. "OK! magazine, they're basically—it's just sour grapes from them," Larry responds. Birkhead said he planned to sue OK! for "alluding to the fact that I'd be involved in anything ethical or immoral with my daughter." Dannilynne's dad said he believes the magazine's "explosive allegations" are culled from former MSNBC host Rita Cosby's upcoming book, Blonde Ambition: The Untold Story Behind Anna Nicole Smith's Death. He said he also plans to sue Cosby. He's just sue happy! Until now, Birkhead had participated in several pay for play cover stories with OK!. The mag would hand him lots of cash and he would give them exclusive interviews and access to Dannilynne, along with accompanying pictures. Larry said the rift between him and the usually celeb-friendly mag started when he informed OK! that Us Weekly wanted to do a cover story on him and Dannielynn. "I asked out of courtesy, and OK! magazine went through the roof," Birkhead said, adding that the glossy was also pissed that the invite to Dannielynn's first birthday party somehow ended up in InTouch. "They can't stand it if one other magazine has one other little detail." Birkhead claims that a reporter from OK! sent him an email warning he'd be the subject of "horrid" coverage if he went ahead with the Us story. In the end, Birkhead did the Us interview, and according to him, he got the "horrid" treatment. "They just sent out a press release showing how vindictive they are," Larry moaned. "They wanted to lock me down, like I'm under their command." Hey, since they were paying you, then you WERE under their command! Per Birkhead, the magazine also wanted to play party planner. "They wanted to send a rap star to my daughter's first birthday," Birkhead said. "That's not appropriate for a one-year-old." The "rap star," per Birkhead: Kat DeLuna, a singer who actually left the rapping to Elephant Man on their summertime hit Whine Up. There may not be any OK! coverage, but we're sure Larry will be whoring out little Dannilynne to Enetratinment Tonight or Access Hollywood. Summing up his feelings, Larry says, "It's been a rough year for me and I'm not going to let these people [at OK!] drag me down. They're mad because someone sold one less magazine. Drama! Drama! Drama! You know we LOVE it! OK! magazine had a nice little deal with Larry Birkhead. They paid him a lot of money and he whored out his baby daughter. The mag was all set to publish exclusive pictures of little Dannielynn's first birthday in a few weeks but has now cancelled and sent out a cryptic press release saying that Larry is shady and doing some shady shiz with Howard K. Stern. Surprise. Suprise. "OK! Magazine has uncovered explosive allegations regarding Larry Birkhead, Howard K. Stern and baby Danielynn, prompting the magazine to cancel our exclusive coverage of Danielynn's first birthday party. OK! has been with Daniellynn since birth — bringing to the world her first meeting with her biological father and first Father's Day. In keeping with that tradition, we very much looked forward to showing you her first birthday. However, the newly-obtained allegations are detailed, shocking and potentially incriminating. Furthermore, it makes it impossible for OK!, in good conscience, to promote this family's highly questionable relationship in our pages.
