This is absolutely wonderful.

Awards! Speeches! Donald Trump jabs!
That's basically what went down during Sunday's Hollywood Film Awards.
Since the first show to kick off awards season was just a few days ahead of Super Tuesday, the celeb speeches were mostly filled with political messages — and yes, most were aimed against the GOP nominee.
Even host James Corden weighed in on the heated political climate, quipping in his monologue:
It's been a decade since Mel Gibson's drunken anti-semitic rant outraged the public and stalled his Hollywood career.
So, it's no surprise that if the actor and filmmaker could give his younger self any advice, it would be to STFU!
On Tuesday night's Late Show, the 60-year-old and Stephen Colbert laid out under the stars and asked some Big Questions — like how the Oscar winner doesn't have "one regret"… because "they tend to come in clusters!" LOL.
But the Hacksaw Ridge director seemed to have a regret when the host asked him what Mel would tell his younger self if he could go back in time — to which he replied:
"Oh, well, don't be so caught up in the little things; take advantage of all the gifts the world has to offer; and live every day to the fullest. I'd also tell myself — my younger self — to shut the f*ck up."
Ha! Way to be such a good sport about your whole offensive public meltdown, Mel!

It's SO hard being Mel Gibson…
In an interview with the Playback podcast, Mel spoke out on his 2006 anti-semitic rant that horrified and offended many fans. Apparently the actor thinks people should just forget about the ugly incident because it's "annoying" when people bring it up.
Hmm… maybe the 60-year-old shouldn't have said the awful monologue to begin with then? It's pretty hard to feel sympathy for the director given the cruelty of his words.
For those who are a bit hazy on the details, M.G. famously said that "Jews" were "responsible for all the wars in the world".
… yup. To say the remark is disgusting is an understatement.
Elaborating on his non-sensical frustrations about being held accountable for his actions, Mel explained:
"It was an unfortunate incident. I was loaded and angry and arrested. I was recorded illegally by an unscrupulous police officer who was never prosecuted for that crime. And then it was made public by him for profit, and by members of — we'll call it the press. So, not fair. I guess as who I am, I'm not allowed to have a nervous breakdown, ever."
Oh, okay. So Gibson isn't remorseful for what he said — he's sorry he got CAUGHT. How noble!
The dad-to-be went on to say:
"Ten years have gone by. I'm feeling good. I'm sober, all of that kind of stuff, and for me it's a dim thing in the past. But others bring it up, which kind of I find annoying, because I don't understand why after 10 years it's any kind of issue. Surely if I was really what they say I was, some kind of hater, there'd be evidence of actions somewhere. There never has been."
Well, while we're glad the celeb is sober, we wish he was also more apologetic. "Breakdown" or not, he should still take full responsibility for the hurtful things he said.
Summing up his argument on the scandal, Mel stated:
"I've never discriminated against anyone or done anything that sort of supports that reputation. And for one episode in the back of a police car on eight double tequilas to sort of dictate all the work, life's work and beliefs and everything else that I have and maintain for my life is really unfair."
So, what do YOU think of Mel's comments?

Even though the movie has received some AH-Mazing early praise, we were curious about how the star of the film, Andrew Garfield, felt working with Mel after the SEVERAL anti-semitic things Gibson has said in the past!
Well luckily for us, Jimmy Kimmel was curious as well — and asked Andrew point blank how he did it!
Not only did Andrew explain how the Mad Max star put him at ease, he also dished about some pranks Mel pulled on himself and Vince Vaughn last Halloween! A buddy of Mel's even punched the star in the face once for his shenanigans!
And not for the anti-semitic stuff. Weird.
Ch-ch-check out Andrew's revealing interview (below) as he talks working with Mel!
Mel Gibson is quite the character!
In an interview with Extra, Mel opened up about the surprising news that he's about to be a dad for the ninth time. Gibson's rep made the baby announcement back in September.
While this will be the first child for the actor's young girlfriend Rosalind Ross, the 60-year-old is more than familiar with this whole parenthood thing. The star's oldest kid is 36-years-old, after all!
Joking about his long resumé as father, he quipped:
"What's one more? I'm just there to catch."
… well, that's one way to look at it!
M.G. went on to say:
"I'm too old to get nervous. I think my adrenals are worn out so I don't even react anymore."
So, what do YOU think about Mel's baby news?

Looks like a very happy time for Mel Gibson and his newly pregnant girlfriend Rosalind Ross!
Last month we learned the couple is expecting a child next year, Gibson's ninth, and on Friday everybody was all smiles at the World Poker Tour's Four Kings And An Ace charity event for Mending Kids International in Beverly Hills!
Gibson showed off those pearly whites in what was clearly a very happy moment for him with Ross tight by his side (above), before heading into the event with other celebs in attendance, too, like Vince Vaughn and Gene Simmons!
In fact, Vaughn — still as bald (by choice) as ever — took a little time to pose alongside the heavily-bearded Gibson at the event (below):
Orlando Bloom has a lot of tricks up his sleeve!
In the cute pic, Bloom flaunts his bleach blonde locks while posing on a pink motorcycle.
The poppa captioned the fun shot:
"back to blond…rolling to set…"
Oh yeah! We almost forgot O.B. went platinum for Lord Of The Rings…
On another note, we wonder what girlfriend Katy Perry thinks about this change. We imagine she's fan a considering she changes her hair like crazy!
So, what do YOU think of the look?
