Wow!

This is such a good idea that we're frankly surprised that they haven't done it before!

The Price is Right, which has been on the air for 40 seasons, will celebrate by having its very first celebrity week, running January 2nd - January 6th!

Executive Producer Mike Richards says:

“It was a lot of fun to watch these celebs play our iconic games. Each one had their own unique strategy to win. Let’s just say Snoop knows more about the price of grocery items than you might think!”

All week, one celebrity will appear on each episode, playing for charity with other contestants, who will also have the opportunity to win a personal favorite prizes the star competing with them!

Robin!

Obviously, a lot! Since, you know, she's knocked up and all!

We don't want to give too much away, but the next episode of How I Met Your Mother is gonna be a doozy, if you ask the cast an creators. It picks up moments after Robin has told Barney that she is pregnant and the hell that breaks lose from there.

The tagline for the episode teases that there is some "bad news" ahead for Robin, but what that news is, no one will say. Co-creator/co-executive producer Craig Thomas would only share:

Yay! We couldn't be happier for Neil Patrick Harris' longtime partner and babies' daddy, David Burtka!

The actor has been tapped by E! to become a correspondent for E! News other specials including Live from the Red Carpet.

Come on, Hollywood! We seriously can't find ANOTHER excuse to invade some OTHER planet with OTHER aliens?!?!?!

Sony Pictures' producer Neil Moritz has decided to reboot Paul Verhoeven's 1997 super-violent sci-fi flick Starship Troopers, and he's bringing on X-Men: First Class writers Ashley Edward Miller and Zack Stentz to write it.

Okay, we liked First Class, but still! Troopers is kind of a classic, and we can't imagine a version of the movie film without Neil Patrick Harris in it!

Yes, for those of U who haven't seen it, NPH was in the original!

Oh, and the '97 version also featured Denise Richards and Beverly Hills, 90210's Dina Meyer…and Casper Van Dien! Remember him???

Yeah, we're pret-ty skeptical about this one…but MAYBE we'll be pleasantly surprised…

Even though everyone really wishes he would!

The hunt is on to find someone to replace Regis Philbin on Live!, a post he has had for over 28 years. It isn't as easy as you would think and what is making it that much difficult is the location of the show.

Case in point: Neil Patrick Harris has proved time and time again that he is a wonderful host. Personable, charming and such a looker, he was practically made to sit next to Kelly Ripa to talk about the benefits of kale and how to shop on a budget.

The star will be filling the void through this week, but when Reg was asked if he thought NPH would take the spot full-time, he was totally honest in saying, "HELL NO!"

Jerry O'Connell, Jonah Hill and Josh "makes-us-melt-with-his-voice" Groban are ALL going to co-host on Live! With Kelly!

What great news!!

Jerry is slated to host the day after Thanksgiving, which everyone should watch — mostly because one of the guests is Nathan Fillion!! We LOVE Nathan Fillion!

Josh Groban is landing for multiple days in December, Dec. 7-9, which should be awesome. Not only does his voice bring even the most statuesque angel to its knees, but his personality and wit are to die for!

The day before that starts, on the 6th, is when Jonah will get his chance.

Not only all of this, but starting on Nov. 28th, Neil Patrick Harris is doing a full week!

How can anyone NOT watch these??

How I Met Your Mother will be welcoming a new face to the fold come January. Barney, played by the delectable Neil Patrick Harris, will find new love with Ugly Betty alum Becki Newton.

Becki will come in as Quinn, the girl who will mend Barney's broken and rejected heart (way to go Nora and Robin) and we hear she is going to be sticking around for awhile. Becki's deal has her in this recurring role all throughout the seventh season!

Woo! Girl was such a scene-stealer on Ugly Betty. Here's hoping the same spark for her this time!

Neil Patrick Harris has officially been added to the list as the second guest co-host when Live! With Kelly premieres next week.

With Regis Philbin leaving, Kelly Ripa will be sitting down with a select few guest co-hosts until the seat is permanently filled with a replacement.

Jerry Seinfeld will kick off the new show on Nov. 21.

Meanwhile, the revised Live! With Kelly has been given the greenlight until at least 2017.

Way to go, Kelly! Smart girl.

And we're excited to see her and NPH together again! They have major C-H-E-M-I-S-T-R-Y.
