This morning, we explained that Nadya Suleman, aka Octo-Mom, was in court to ask a judge to deny an appeal for outside guardianship of the money her children would make through any of her media, exploiting endeavors.

Today, that request has been firmly DENIED!

YES!

The judge is now allowing the Department of Social Services to conduct a full-blown investigation in order to make a recommendation regarding the guardianship of the children’s estate. No one is more thrilled with this outcome than Gloria Allred, the attorney whose been out for Octo-blood since Nadya first opened her trap.

After the hearing, Gloria made this statement:

"We are very happy that the court has upheld the law and allowed us to proceed with our case and our efforts to protect Nadya Suleman’s octuplets. Nadya Suleman’s attorneys attempted to dismiss our case but failed in their efforts. Although it is a victory for us, it is more importantly a victory for Nadya Suleman’s octuplets.

We are also very pleased that the court has invited the Department of Social Services to conduct an investigation and file a report and recommendation to the court. It appears to us that the court wants to be sure that the children’s interests are protected.

Our client Paul Petersen’s paramount concern is the best interests of the children. We look forward to our next date in court on this matter."

That next court date will be October 29th and we're sure that it will have the same outcome as today's did. We bet, if she thought she could, Gloria would keep fighting and fighting until Nadya had no kids left!

Wouldn't that be a swift kick in the ass?!

We're not sorry you lost your case, Nadya, but we are sorry for your kids who'll have to hear you whine about it when you get home. Poor little tykes.

The Octo-Mom is still not satisfied with the amount of attention she is getting.

She needs more, more, MORE.

Yesterday, a mere day after the premiere of her craptastic documentary, Nadya Suleman found herself in court, speaking with a judge about the finances of her children. This court case focused on the money her children would and should receive from such a filming and determine if an independent guardian should be appointment to oversee those funds.

Though Nadya has insisted there is no need for a guardian, anyone who turned her documentary on for five seconds should see that is not the case. When a dirt poor woman, with no job, spends money on a tattoo during a time of financial difficulty, you know she doesn't have a mind for money.

She'll spend those kids' cash faster than you can say "I screwed up my life. I screwed up my kids' lives. … What was I thinking?"

Oh wait, sorry, that's what Nadya said during her documentary.

Yeah, she sound like she is mentally sound enough not to squander whatever money those kids make!

Unless the judge is blind, deaf, and gullible, an independent guardian is sure to be appointed.

Kate Gosselin's bikini bod might not be all that to you, Nadya Suleman, but at least her TV show can pull in ratings.

Miz Octo-Mom herself was the least watched show last night between the four major networks, pulling in cable type ratings on free TV. Nadya and her litter of children brought in an audience of an estimated 4.2 million viewers for Fox, which is what Kate Gosselin usually gets on a bad night cable-showing of Jon & Kate Plus Eight!

Enjoy yet another EPIC FAIL in your life, Nadya!

If you missed the documentary on Nadya Suleman last night on Fox, Octomom: The Incredible Unseen Footage, then you missed the biggest freak show on TV!! Two hours worth of crazy, deranged babble from a woman with no job, no husband, and no real common sense attempting to convince America she can care for 14 children, all under 10 years of age.

One person we hope was watching was Kate Gosselin, as the Octo-Mom had some choice words for the other famous mother of multiples. At one point during the show, Nadya is handed recent photos of Kate in her tiny bikini. Her reaction is just what you would expect: Jealousy masked by delusional cockiness.

She tells the cameras: “It’s so staged. She’s doing it to get people to take pictures of her… I feel like it’s cheating [to get a tummy-tuck]. It’s her choice. If she has enough money to fix herself, let her. I have a better shape, though. I’m sorry, no offense to her… I’m not as attention-seeking [as Kate]."

The sad thing is, she honestly believes that. She truly feels the despite fact that she has camera documenting life, paparazzi outside her door, (who she is more than happy to pose for), and an online tabloid at her beck and call when she feels like having more media around, Kate Gosselin is more of an attention whore than her.

This woman is demented!

We'll give her one thing though: we're sure if Kate could go back, she wouldn't have had that tummy tuck, though not for the reasons Nadya was talking about.

Damn it! We knew it was too good to be true!

Apparently, the woman who claimed she would be the mother of duodecaplets (or a dozen babies, but duodecaplets sounds more fun) won't in fact be as such.

According to an investigation by the Tunisian Health Ministry, the woman has "psychological problems and is unlikely even to be pregnant."

Aw, no TLC show for her!

She's apparently so crazy, that she's placed herself in hiding and refuses to go to a medical examination. She insists that she is nine months pregnant with six boys and six girls, yet the report insists that there is "nothing about her appearance which indicates this."

Well, long-live Nadya Suleman as she continues to hold the record for longest-living octuplets in history!

Your 15 minutes are up, Nadya!

A pregnant woman in Gafsa, Tunisia, will be giving birth to twelve babies any day now!!!

Does that make her the duodecuple-mom?????

Although the woman's identity has yet to be released to the press, the soon-to-be mother of a dozen babies is "feeling fine and looking forward to hugging her six boys and six girls."

She had suffered numerous miscarriages, so she and her husband decided to go ahead with fertility treatments in the hopes of being able to start a family.

Too bad the parents-to-be were only expecting a couple of tots!

Explains the father of the children: "In the beginning, we thought that my wife would give birth to twins, but more fetuses were discovered. Our joy increased with the growing number."

Health and social services in Tunisia are planning to assist the family in "various" ways once the babies are born.

Maybe so they won't have to whore out the kids for $$$$$$$ like a certain Octo-Mom we know!

Nadya Suleman is in the hospital again and is expected to stay there for another day or two. 

A source insists that "this is not a big deal and Nadya should be back on her feet in a few days," but would not disclose exactly what the issue was.

Of course it's not a big deal. 

But we're hoping it's not a publicity stunt stress related due to the anticipation of her two-hour TV special airing next week.

You may recall, the mother of 14 went under the knife for several minor procedures back in May of this year.

Let's hope she's not in there this time for any more plastic surgery!

As we've mentioned before, Nadya Suleman is hard at work filming for her new reality TV show set to air in the UK. But why should the Brits get all the fun learning about Octo-mom and her crazy ways?

The Fox network has decided to run a special on Octo-mom. In fact, the network has ordered a two-hour documentary.

The title… Octomom: The Incredible Unseen Footage.

Very original.

The docu will consist of exclusive clips from a seven month time frame which will start with the birth of the octuplets back in January. And the turnaround is quick as Fox will air the special next Wednesday, the 19th of August.

Viewers will "witness the emotional struggles, physical complications and financial burdens of this single mother of 14 … including the private moments and reactions of Suleman’s family, as well as Suleman’s own feelings, doubts and fears."

Sounds lame!

Octo-mom Nadya Suleman is truly a special case. Leave it to Suleman to say the obvious a little too late.

According to Nadya, she claims:

"I think it was a mistake — in terms of the well-being of the octuplets and of my other kids. I can't give myself to them 100 percent… if I'd known that, I never would have fathomed having eight more."

First of all, you have now just admitted that you are incapable of caring for all of your children. Child services is on their way.

Elsewhere, attorney Gloria Allred is fuming about this comment and she really didn't need more ammunition to go after the Octo-Mom.

Gloria legally represents the company that offers Nadya free nanny services and has clearly not dismissed her crusade to save those children from their mother.

Upon hearing Nadya's remarks, Gloria was outraged, saying:

"I think it's very, very sad when any mother calls her child, or in this case, eight little babies, a mistake. How are the babies going to feel when they grow up and read one day, as they will, or view on the Internet, as they will, the fact that their mother calls them a mistake? That is just very, very sad to me as a person who is an advocate for children. Even if she thinks it, the fact that she sad it is very, very troubling because has she considered the impact that would have on the children long-term? That's a question to which I don't have the answer, but I think that many people will agree with me that it's rather disturbing that she would say that."

Yeah, these kids will be messed up for sure.

Maybe they can form an army with the Gosselin kids to protect other children from being thrust into the spotlight!
