Uh oh! Someone’s in trouble!

Octo-Mom aka Nadya Suleman has been charged by the L.A. County District Attorney’s Office with some serious business that could land her in jail for a long time!
Octo-Mom has been charged with three felony counts of welfare fraud including one count of aid by misrepresentation and two counts of perjury by false application for aid.
And what is the reason these charges are being made against the mother of 14 children?
Well, the lady who gave birth to a lot of babies has been accused of NOT disclosing almost $30,000 in income when she originally applied for welfare this past January and February in 2013. This led to Nadya Suleman illegally receiving $16,481 in welfare money over the first six months of 2013.
A very serious crime indeed!
In fact it’s so serious that Ms. Suleman faces a maximum sentence of five years and eight months of prison time if she’s found guilty!!!
The money that she didn’t mention in her welfare paperwork is believed to have been from personal appearances and video royalties. Most likely the royalties from the masturbation movie she made.
Prosecutors expect the bail for Octo-Mom, who is supposed to be in court on Friday to be arraigned, to be set at $25,000.
We guess she’ll have to put out another porn movie to pay for that!
