For now, she’s free!
Wearing a pant suit that was a bit too big for her, Octo-Mom pleaded not guilty today to three felony counts of welfare fraud charges in court today. The charges against her allege that the mom of fourteen did not put about $30,000, that she made, on her application for welfare services.
Those earnings are believed to have been money mostly earned from her infamous masturbation video released last year.
After Octo-Mom aka Nadya Suleman pleaded not guilty, she was released from court and is expected back in disposition court where she’ll try to figure out with the authorities a type of deal that won’t involve her going to trial.
If Octo-Mom does go to trial and is found not guilty – she could receive a maximum sentence of over five years in jail!
…Which has her mother extremely worried!
And us, too!
Hopefully, if Octo-Mom comes away from this unscathed, she’ll never (allegedly) do something like this again!
