We all know that Ellen DeGeneres is the hostess with the mostess!
And if we had our way, we'd have her host the Oscars every year!
But before Ellen agreed to come back to MC the Oscars for a second time next year, she had to really think about her decision!
So she made a pros and cons list!
The funny lady shared her HIGHlarious reasons with her fans during her talk show this week!
Ellen pulled out her list (that she keeps in her sock!) and read one by one the positives and negatives that come from hosting Hollywood's biggest night!
So what are Ellen's pros and cons for taking the gig? Ch-ch-check out the list below AND the video of her explaining why she decided to come back! (above)
Natalie Portman has been up for Golden Globes and Oscars, and hubby Benjamin Millepied is always at her side.
But this time it was l'homme who was accepting an award, and for once Natalie was just the arm candy!
The Thor: The Dark World star was spotted escorting her man to a dinner in his honor thrown by The American Friends of the Paris Opera Ballet in NYC.
Natalie played her trophy wife role perfectly, looking amazing enough to outshine any golden statuette Benjamin could have gotten!

It's only September, and Angelina Jolie has already won an Oscar!
No, it's not for Girl, Interrupted 2: The Amanda Bynes Story. It's not for acting at all.
Angelina is being presented with the honorary Governors Award. Academy of Motion Picture Arts & Sciences President Cheryl Boone Isaacs says:
"And the Oscar goes to…James Franco for Spring Breakers!"
Prepare yourselves because that's a sentence we could all be hearing in the not so distant future!
The distributors for the film Spring Breakers are launching an Academy Award campaign to try and win James Franco and his corn-rowed criminal character Alien a long-shot Oscar nod!
Because really, when you give a beej to a loaded gun on camera, you deserve some recognition for your work!
A24 Films is hoping to convince Academy voters to name James as a nominee for Best Supporting Actor with their upcoming campaign, and they're keeping their marketing materials just as R-rated as their flick!
"Consider this sh*t!"
HA! We've seen a lot of "for your consideration" campaigns before but NOTHING like this!
A spokesperson for A24 insists that this is NOT a joke though! They are confident that Franco has earned his right to hear his name called on Oscar night! A rep for the company said:
Anne Hathaway loves some fresh produce shopping with her hubby, Adam Shulman!
And we think the duo looks tastier than a bag of turnips!
Annie was spotted with her mannie casually enjoying an outdoor market in El Lay over the weekend, bartering for berries!
The couple's love looked fresher than ever!
Wonder what the Oscar-winning actress made for din?!
Hopefully, it wasn't too Les Misérables to eat!
